PEMBRIDGE PALACE HOTEL

Excellent location and neighbourhood to walk around and get to important places. Th breakfast was very good with excellent staff.

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable and lifts were way too slow and noisy

Breakfast was minimal but fair. Staff was great.

Rooms were too small, but at this point in London only paying 2 or 3 times more one will get bigger rooms

Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and freshened up every day while we were out. Room was nice and warm and we had a fridge to keep drinks cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

We had a Double Deluxe Suite and it was very small. It wasn't too much of an issue as we were out of the hotel most of the time, but if you're looking for space in your hotel room, it might not be the best option.

Great location. Loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, but located on a quiet street. Tube stations 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly. Room was decently sized, had everything you could need, including tea/coffee, fridge, etc and was very clean. Good price considering location. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely situated hotel friendly staff and room was ideal for what I needed.

Only issue I had and I didn't make a complaint was there was hair all over on the top bed cover ! I could of raised the issue with the lobby but I just took it outside onto the landing and gave it a good shake.Also would be nice to know if there was any more extra bedding as it was cold nights outside but if there was I wasn't shown.

Sink was too large for the bathroom, so harder to access toilet but that is all I can fault, everything else perfect!!

The hotel is well located, quiet. It is close to the metro. The bed is very comfortable. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out were fast.

The hotel was in an excellent location, 5 to 8 minutes walk to either Bayswater or Notting Hill Gate tubes.Restaurants and cafes offering incredible diverse selection of dining are all within same walking distance. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable plus reception was always open with a member of staff on duty.For the quality anf location, very competitive price.

The room was small and the bathroom a little old but we only used the room as somewhere to sleep so did not detract from our stay.

The breakfast was good. A nice selection of breakfast items to choose from. The hash browns were nice and crispy on the outside.

Thr bed was a bit lumpy and room is small as well as the bedside lamps had dust on them.

Extremely clean bedroom, very comfortable mattress. Nice addition to have a fridge! Very warm & comfortable for early February.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom & down two steps! Once inside, it's very very cramped. Fortunately I'm only 5ft & petite but anyone of moderate size just wouldn't manage to get into the room, never mind the shower - it's like a cupboard, really!

Great value and excellent location! Rooms are perfectly adequate and staff was pleasant. The lobby is beautiful. Close to Paddington station and Kensington Gardens. Beautiful neighborhood.

Room was very small and hard to maneuver and fit suitcases, but we expected that.

Location is good close to Bayswater underground station and lots of options for food and drink nearby

Room was cramped and on the last morning we were beseiged by ants ( in Jan). Staff weren't too bothered and just suggested we mail hotel.Quadruple room was tight for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Bathroom small and needed updating.

I have booked 2 Deluxe Double Rooms (#220/221), from 21/25 January, 1 for me and my wife, the other for my 18 years son. Price for 1 or 2 person in the room in booking are exactly the same. When i arrived, i was charged (64£) for my sons 4 days breakfast. Total and absolut unfair, a steal, since the price for one or two person in the room are exactly the same, and my son stayed alone in a Deluxe Double Room. Pay attention to your reservation, before confirming. No recomendation whatsoever.

This hotel is close to shops, restaurants and two tube stations but is in a lovely quiet location. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of choices.

Our room was very small

The friendly staff and a good breakfast with free tea, coffee and biscuits in the room.

Could have done with a smaller bed, so there would have been more room to manoeuvre around the actual room.

Hotel was immaculate and same to be said about the room. It was small but adequate for a 2 night stay. Close to the high street and tube. Good pubs and shops within easy walking distance

We were facing into the square, lots of vehicle noise Saturday night. Light on in hallway all night. TV was purely app based with extremely limited free view channels.
