Great 4-night stay! Unbeatable location just 7 mins from Paddington Station. Very convenient for visiting ExCeL London and general sightseeing. The rooms are small, but that’s standard for London. Breakfast was consistent and tasty every day. Exceptional value for money and service compared to nearby options. I would definitely stay here again!

Very small room. And, I admit firstly, that it was my error in not realizing that EVERYTHING is closed on Christmas day regarding transport (NOT how it is in my country) so I was a bit disappointed that having to madly pack up and leave quickly to get to Gatwick the day before, meant losing one nights accommodation, and there was no offer to refund the one night I would lose.
Hotel was in a fab location for the underground and railway , nice hot showers , clean room and towels every day
No hot breakfast even though they advertise breakfast included also no seating in dining room not enough for the guests
