Very clean, cozy, very friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast.
The decor feels a bit dated, but the stay was great and the price matches the standard perfectly.
Property was nice and clean, staff were polite but quiet and not overly talkative. The bed was comfortable too.
The rooms are quite plain and baron for the price paid, reminded me more of a cheap cruise cabin… the area is very close to Westfield but the further you get from Westfield and closer to the hotel the area gets a bit dodgy, to the point you have to buzz in to the hotel front door. (Obviously not much the hotel can do about it so not a huge concern) The breakfast was also pretty cheap feeling for the price, would’ve liked a better selection with food not going cold the second it leaves the heat lamp.

The room smelt as if someone might have been smoking, also some sweets on floor that hadn’t been cleaned up. BBC channels didn’t work on tv.

The location of the hotel is great, near underground station and one of the biggest shopping mall in Europe is 5 minutes walk away. Good restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms are very simply furnished but offers good beds, good breakfast and everything is clean.
The location is perfect with everything close by restaurants, cafes, shops and close to underground and bus links.
We didn't find anything to dislike.
