The South Kensington location, although I wish it had been closer to a subway station. King size bed.

Our room was in the basement beside hotel laundry room. No elevator, 3 sets of narrow, steep stairs required to reach room. Hot cramped quarters, tiny window, no view. Lack of basic amenities; a comfortable chair, place to put luggage, hair dryer, etc

Staff was pleasant, I arrived early and my room was ready for me. Location was only about 5 minute walk from 2 different subway stations. They arranged for transportation to the airport for me. I would stay again if I go back to London.

A little noisy , I can hear people walking around at night and kids in the hallway. Other than that there were no issues.

It was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. Beds were large and comfortable.

Not really anything. We forgot to ask how to get the heat turned up which was on us.

We were very pleased with the stay. My kids said this is the best hotel they've ever been to. They like the living room with TV. It is very clean. Front desk staff are super nice. We were a bit early for check-in and they kept our luggage at the front desk so we get a day to explore London without having to worry about our luggage. It is located in a safe neighborhood and close to 2 subway stations.

The only downside is that they don't have a dishwasher. But the cleaning staff kept our utensils and plates very clean.

24-hour front desk. An easy walk to the Underground. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Very quiet and safe location. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom. The gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond to answer our questions, called restaurants for reservations and even arranged for an afternoon tea at a lovely location.

We had people staying above us who stomped around late into the night.

Tara's and Umesh ensured we had everything we needed. It was our 3rd time staying at this location. Will choose it every time.

The staff was very friendly and our beds (especially the pillows) were very comfortable. There were two sofas, so we each had a place to put our feet up when we came in to rest between activities. Ubers can find the place easily. It is 8 minutes (4 blocks) from a train station..... Piccadilly & Central Line. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to be.

We were at the end of the summer, but wish they had an air conditioner for each room.

Property in a good location, easy to access transport to different parts of London. The staff is exceptional, especially the day time concierge, which provided some tips for the different activities we wanted to do.

Favorite neighborhood to stay - super quiet but 5 min to well rated (and uncrowded!) restaurants and 2 underground stations. Apartment was clean, furnishings seemed new / updated, lots of layers of lighting options, wall decor, plush carpet. Appliances / fixtures were quality (ex. Bosch, Breville, Hansgrohe, ionic hair dryer). Staff was pleasant and always available. We enjoyed the very supportive but padded mattress and abundance of quality pillows, the clothes washer/dryer, as well as satellite tv channels, youtube, netflix etc. In 60-75F temperatures we were very comfortable using the portable AC and abundant floor and ceiling fans. We would look forward to staying again at this hidden gem!

The vintage key and lock was a little frustrating to operate, but reception was always glad to help. This particular apartment would be a bit hot in a heat wave, but the portable AC and fans combined were quite powerful if bedroom doors are left open.

The a/c unit was a window unit and very noisy - and there was no a/c in the main living area

The setup of 3 beds/3 baths is so nice…beds were comfortable…and the a/c units were amazing….the staff was unbelievably nice & helpful..it is close to 2 tube stations which gives options

The apartment is located on the basement floor with no access to proper sunlight. Both my friend and I felt unwell during our stay, likely due to the lack of ventilation and natural light.In addition, the staircase was positioned directly above the master bedroom, and the sound of footsteps was clearly audible at all hours. This made it extremely difficult to sleep throughout the entire stay.I believe the staff should clearly state in advance if the unit is a basement flat, this shouldn’t be something guests find out upon arrival. It’s a basic aspect of managing expectations.Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. There was no real attempt to resolve the issue or offer any form of compensation. At the very least, a partial discount would have been a reasonable gesture given the circumstances.

The property is amazing, newly renovated apartments, very clean and the staff is very friendly and always helpful.The location is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, close to market places and coffee shops, located in between Earls Court and Glauchester Road underground stations that made it very easy to reach all main London attractions with the underground metro.

Excellent safe location. Very nice staff. Just make sure you get an upper floor unit that has access to the elevator if anyone has mobility issues in your group.
