Room size ridiculously small.

I would not recommended any quest to stay.

Poor ventilation in room. Poor hygiene. Dirty floor.Poor conpact bathroom difficult to use shower Poor drainage system water slipped back into room,mopping floor with towel appeared not mopped

The hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station. Both the evening and morning reception staff were friendly and helpful. There's a nice little cafe next door.

No hair dryer. The bathroom was tiny and a little difficult to use. The room was unheated and there were no instructions on how to turn on the heat - I was cold all night. A chair, and maybe a fold-down desk would be very useful. There was a sign in the bathroom warning not to drink the tap water and that bottled water is available in the lobby - it would be good to know about that before climbing several sets of stairs.

Room and bathroom are tiny, but sufficient for 1 person. Would be physically tight for two people. Heating/cooling via in room split pack. Great value and location.

I've stayed here quite a few times when attending BST at Hyde Park. The staff are always super friendly, the rooms are basic yet sufficient and clean. The location is superb as it's close to Paddington, euston and edgeware stations. I'll definitely use this hotel again.

We've stayed here twice now, perfect location to get to Hyde Park for a concert we were attending, staff are so helpful and accommodating and rooms are always spotless

Bathroom is very small but for the price of the room it's a minor detail, we were only in the room to sleep at night so no big issue!

Basic but had everything you need for an overnight stay.

The shower could have been cleaner and the showerhead was very leaky.

The location was good and the bed was super comfortable.

The bathroom was filthy. Hair left in the shower and the basin.

The construction going on and the clogged sink that I asked the desk worker about and wasn’t taken care of. I thought a full sink of water was a bit unhygienic. The sink was full when I arrived and never checked on as I asked.

The entrance hallways and the staircase to the first floor look a bit worn. But upon moving to the second and then third floor (where my room was), the renovation is noticeable; the place looks quite nice. The room was very clean, well-equipped, tidy, and looked renovated. We had a very pleasant night, undisturbed, and very comfortable. I recommend staying here.

The room was small, but passable for a short stay. I wouldn't stay any more than 1 night.

The reception, stairway and corridors look very shabby and unkept

The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clearly recently renovated, so it was nicer and a bit more spacious than other Easyhotels I have stayed at. The location is great.

The corridors and stairwells were awful, shabby and narrow it looked like an asylum. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and everytime we ran the tap it would take ages to drain and dirty sludge would come up. There was loud construction work going on from 9am on the dot - I appreciate that's not exactly the crack of dawn but still early when you are on a trip and want to relax and we were on the 1st floor so it was really loud.

My initial thoughts when entering the reception area and the stairs they were run down, shabby. I thought what have I done.Once in the room though, for the money, it was ok. It was clean inc shower and functional. I had a TV and window as I had asked for. And I put the heating on for a while.What you would expect for a 2 star. Well Done Στέλιος Χατζηιωάννου xx
