Everything in your room you needed. Comfy bed, room service bonus of reasonably priced and tasty pizzas available in the bar. Location ideal for abba. Only 15 minutes walk to the arena

Nothing to not like. Only not a lot of choice with eating venues close by so pizza in hotel was perfect.

Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location for ABBA Voyage,Stratford town centre and Olympic park. Many good restaurants to cater for all tastes and budgets.Great transport hub for train, tube and bus.

Modern, clean and short walk from closest tube station.

Breakfast seemed expensive so we didn’t order it.

Liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the train station, underground and bus station

I didn't like that the room we stayed in Room no 102 had the air conditioning units outside the window,So it was very noisy and this made it really very difficult to get to sleep and also get a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was to a very good standard providing to food alogens if required and the staff were polite friendly and very helpful.

It was so nice and clean,we even got robes and slippers,very pleasant stay,I would definitely recommend!

No lift,only stairs but it wasn’t a big deal at all..

Very clean fantastic bed the small balcony was nice as it was a warm ish night so we slept with the doors open.I recommend the breakfast. For both meat eaters and vegetarians

The shower head kept slipping down the pole that was the only thing that was letting the room down . And there was a smell of drain but maybe that was because of all the rain we have had

very nice and helpful staff, my room was a bit cold and the guy from reception was very kind to give us an electric heater. the breakfast was very good too. i would highly recommend the place :)

The rooms were modern and very comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful.Nice gym.

The location of the property was perfect. The staff were really lovely, and accommodating. Because it’s where we spent the first night as a married couple, they even decorated the room for us for when we got back at the end of the festivities - which was a lovely unanticipated touch.

I had a suite and as nice as the suite was, the amount of steps that have to be walked up to get to it was not something I, or anybody else was prepared for. If there was a way to be told before, that would be great - it wouldn’t necessarily mean I wouldn’t take the room I had, but I would have anticipated it.

Ideally situated for Abba Voyage, friendly staff, compact but well equipped rooms. Good value for money, enjoyed the breakfast.

I was surprised it was a 4 star as it didn’t have a lot of the usual facets - there’s no proper bar or restaurant. They can heat up pre-made pizzas but if you want more you’d really need to go out. Very basic toiletry offering

Efficient staff & the hotel is very clean.

Our room was comfortable, clean & modern but we found it small & the lighting too dim.
