Pros +
- Because we stay an entire week the hotel staff was very kind with us and give us a bigger room.
- The location of this hotel could not be beat. I was traveling by myself as a single woman in a country I hadn't been to in a decade. It was important that I felt safe, was near to attractions I wanted to visit (Tate Modern, Globe Theater) - and food.
- The location is great. Easy to walk to lots of places. The room was small, but worked well.
Cons -
- I found that the room was not as clean as I would have preferred. There were stains on the walls and the drapes were stained. The bed and towels were clean, but a fresh coat of paint or a wall scrub would go a long way. Otherwise I really did love it.
- The bartender and I believe he was the manager were very rude. They both acted like it was such a chore to do their job. It was so off putting that we will not be staying again when we go back to London.

they went over and above for us. It was our anniversary the day we checked in and they came by with a dessert and small bottle of bubbles to congratulate us. The staff was always helpful with luggage and recommendations for things to do and where to eat
Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very professional and there is a relaxed atmosphere in the public areas.
All good
The location, very close to the Tate Modern
The air conditioner is not in a good condition, it can't heat the room
Huge yes! Three things that make Mecure London Bridge stand out. It's centrally located with easy access to the Underground and site seeing. It's very affordable for a travel that wants value. The staff are very friendly and helpful
Staff
Location
I like the Location of the hotel
The room was not as clean as I expected.
The location was fantastic. The room was great.
The staff could have been a little more knowledgeable.
Excellent service.
Atmosphere, vibe
The only positive about the hotel was the location.
The room was filthy and it a bad state of repair, toilet roll holder and hanger on the back of the door were having off. One shower head wasn’t working whilst the other was covered in scum. Beds hadn’t been cleaned properly with visible hair left and to top it off there were build ups of dust everywhere.
Having separate fold out beds for the kids was great. Netflix is available free of charge.
Location - ok for access to the Tate or Borough Markets - otherwise it’s a bit detached. Service was a bit impersonal - we were initially asked to pay an additional 60 GBP for a slightly earlier check-in even though the room was available. After discussion this was waived.
Great location within walking distance of The Shard, Borough Market, and Shakespeare’s Globe. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, too. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We also enjoyed a cream tea during our visit, which was beautifully presented.
The room was ideal, shower fantastic. The only thing that let my experience down was that the hairdryer did not work and it took some time to replace. I don't eat breakfast.
difficulty trying to work out how to contact reception on the telephone provided - I ended up having to google the hotel and ring on my mobile. There could have been a little more milk.
Bar staff very friendly
Staff that greeted me were not welcoming. Room felt alot smaller then portrayed in the photos. Bathroom looked tired. Empty bottle of water in room which I later found out after asking the grumpy lady at reception that it is apparently there for you to fill yourself, but looked in a used condition.
Breakfast was lovely loads to offer. Amazing location. Staff were very very friendly and accommodating
Good location, decent sized room (superior), had a good stay
Too few plug sockets in the room! Other than that all good
The bed was comfy and the room was stylish
The room was very warm and the A/C did not aid in making the room colder. A few cleanliness issues with marks on the bedding and rips on the bedding as well as some weird bug I found. The water jug and cup were dirty and left over water in them. The shower water pressure was shocking for such a big shower head
