Location and staff

Rooms are tiny.....but adaquate.

I was in a closet sized room. I did ask for a window. One window opened but the other window shade was broken

Close to station. Welcoming and helpful staff. Ideal for a night stay

Had an issue with the toilet not flushing but informed staff and they were very apologetic.

I got an upgrade!I booked a room without windows but I got upgraded to a third floor room with 3 windows!Moreover, I arrived early morning and left my case at the reception, when I returned in the evening for the check in, I had the pleasant surprise to find my case already in the room!

Everything was I expected. I still disagree with the policy of doing the room every other day but, as I stayed just one night, it didn't concern me.

Lobby and restaurant is same area

Great location, very helpful staff, clean and cosy.

The bathroom was a bit of a shock! Glass panels rather than a separate room. I was a bit worried about the underground train rumblings too but actually got used to that very quickly.

Very clean & comfortable. Staff very attentive. Bit pricey though

Cost for quite a small room

The hotel was close to underground and station and restaurants

The mattress was the worst and I am not sure we got woken up both morning by the rumbling underground service early hours

The location was perfect and only a few minutes walk from Victoria station. The room was very small but perfect for 1 night.

I don't think the extractor fan was working in our bathroom so became very steamed up when using the shower.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I had a great experience at Hotel Z Victoria. The room is comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly met my needs during my stay. The staff deserve special mention: everyone was very helpful, polite, and always willing to assist, which truly made a difference in the overall experience. I recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, great service, and a pleasant stay.

The accommodation is kind of small, but it’s clean and as a good price.

Bed bugs in mattress and...

I was riddled with bed bug after the stay. I have pictures of bed bugs and the bites.

Staff, shower, Clean, baggage room free

Breakfast was an additional fee, would have been nice if included.

Close to Victoria Station so easy access to central London. Very reasonable price for London. Room was spotlessly clean and had a nice powerful shower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Bed was a little hard. And was disappointed in the breakfast everything came out of cellophane packaging. Also the TV didnt work, came on but you couldnt use the remote. Won't stop me using the hotel though as positives outweighed the negatives in relation to cost and location. After all we only wanted a bed for the night

It was convenient to landmarks to visit and close to Victoria Station

Room was very small and with no window. ? ( which we knew when we booked ) but we did not realise how claustrophobic we would be .

The location is very strategic, the room is clean and suitable for a solo traveller.

Clean and nice staff

The subway is quite near the hotel and you can hear and feel the vibrations each time it passes

So convenient to Victoria coach station and tube station. Very clean. Great coffee in the room. Lovely helpful staff.

The rooms are compact but for the price they are great ago I'm not complaining, just commenting.

Great location close to Victoria station. Pleasant and friendly staff and handy umbrellas on hand for a wet day. The room was also quiet.

The room was absolutely tiny, the bed wasn't very confortable and the pillows were pretty poor. There was nowhere to put anything, as there was hardly any floor space.
