The carpets on the stairs were lethal, very slippy

Just the location. Near tube station

Many things. 1) extremely small rooms 2) small and uncomfortable bed. 3) bathroom size similar to that of a plane 4) shower so small that you can barely enter and cannot bend. 5) staff not very friendly And more.?

The TV and fridge didn't work. The bed was also extremely worn out and soft which made it uncomfortable. The worst part of the hotel was that the front desk closes at 7:30pm and this isn't clearly advertised on any communications with me. Avoid this place

The location was in the middle of the city.

This hotel has no air conditioning & was extremely hot. There is no safe, you're given a real key, and the room is very very small. The building has no elevator & the stairway is beyond cramped. This is not a nice place to stay. It feels like a hostel.

Easy walk to train/tube.

Extremely small room. Bedroom was a double bed and you needed to stand sideways to walk past someone else in the room. The bathroom was so small that your knees were under the sink while sitting on the toilette. The bathroom sink was so small.

This is not a 3 star, however for the price and location this has value. Bed big enough for 2 (American Full), kitchen had stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Bathroom was small shower stall was 2ftX2ft entire area was 10ftX12ft.

No Elevator, steep narrow stairs, definitely not for families.

Location. Right next to Euston station and everything is available just around the corner. Very good kitchen with everything you need to cook and live.

The mattress in the room was not comfortable. Their was no chair in the room to sit and work on.

The location, really close to the tube and close to center of London Also have the posibility to leave the luggage there after the checkout Time in the morning

The double bed was old (crush in the border ) and probably a little bite smaller than a double! No air conditionning in the room, so a little hot and the fan was quite loud Maybe because i am Canadian, but the room was really compacte and shower too

Location, Location, Location! They were even filming an episode of Sherlock down the street while we were staying. Great having a microwave, bar fridge, plates and utensils.

Our room was very small, but we knew that when we booked so were not surprised. Our room was also hot (without an adjustable thermostat). Thankfully the window opened onto a courtyard and our room had a small fan which we kept running at night.

I could hear the northern line running below but it did not prevent me from sleeping

It was a cool little flat in a great London location.

Very, very hot in the summer sun.

It was as pictured. Small but prime location. I felt the staff was very helpful. With checking in and any questions I had while staying. I even booked additional night. They would've upgraded me but all my stuff was already in room. Good location.

Smelled food alot in hallways, but the whole block has Indian cuisine.
