Gorgeous luxurious hotel with attentive staff that create an amazing stay. The staff upgraded our room which was so well appreciated. They think of all the little details to ensure your stay is most comfortable, to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms

The staff were lovely it was a anniversary night out and they gave us a glass of bubbles. Very nice hotel

Very comfortbale hotel that everything offers that you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great entrance, nice rooms and a more than good bed. Great roomservice as well. The tubestation is literally 100 meters from the hotel and the surrounding is full of nice streets, shops, restaurants and pubs,. A great place to stay!

Basically nothing

Overall a very good stay. One of the best beds I have ever slept in: despite the absence of a pillow menu, the pillow was perfect for my taste. The room was well sized and very clean. The minibar was almost complimentary, which was a very appreciated touch.

On the downside, service could be improved: no assistance with luggage to the room, no turndown service, and communication with the concierge was ineffective (messages are sent via SMS but cannot be replied to, resulting in a lost request). Overall, I expected more given the star rating and the affiliation with Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Location is great and hotel team helpful and friendly

Hotel room was too small for the two of us and once the suitcase was on the floor it was difficult to walk from the bed to the bathroom - upgrade to get more space would be my recommendation

The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel staff are very attentive.The bed is very comfortable.

The room was at the back of the hotel with very little view and consequently quite dark.

The service was truly exceptional! Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile. Whenever I had a question or request, they responded immediately and handled everything with great care.

The room was small, but to be expected in London, I think.

Breakfast was delicious every day. Staff quick and pleasant.

No instructions on how to use the lighting or shower. Never could understand makeup room lighting. Could not achieve it.

Or is beautiful and well maintained for an older building. The rooms were comfortable for two people and the stock the room with coffee, snacks and drinks each day. They clean the rooms daily and have nightly turn downs. It is also a stones throw away from everything. There are many restaurants and the tube is steps away. Also, flowers were everywhere!

There is not much wrong with this hotel except for the creaky floors above. But I do know that it is an older building. It is stunning.

The standout feature of this property is the fantastic location. South Ken station is just a short walk away, connecting you with anywhere you need to go. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This was our second stay and again it didn’t disappoint. Love the boutique feel and cozy cellar restaurant. Enjoyed dinner at very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We requested a quiet bedroom with walk-in shower which we were given. The room felt smaller than our previous one though as lower ceiling.

We arrived much earlier than expected, way before check-in time, and wanted to just leave our luggage at reception. However, the staff enabled us to check in, which meant we could head out and explore London much earlier than we expected to.
