Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment less than a block from Paddington Station. Loved having the kitchenette.

Major: I was not told to check-in at Indigo Hotel down the block. I had 10 scary minutes when I found a blank locked door at 12 London St. A shopkeeper helped me. There should be instructions. Minor: No hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang towels.

I had a fantastic experience here last week. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location couldn’t be better, right in central London with easy access to transport links and plenty of dining options nearby.The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The full kitchen made self-catering simple, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver after a day exploring the city. Great value for money compared to similar properties in the area.Other positives: reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and a quiet environment despite being so close to everything. Perfect for both short breaks and longer stays. I would definitely book again!

Great location down the street from Paddington station and the Tube. Also a top floor apartment means a nicer view of the park across the street.

A tiny apartment with an AC unit that rattled loudly all day. The lack of an elevator to the 4th floor requires an huge effort to move luggage around.

Convenient spot but there is no sign identifying this apartment as an apartment to rent. We spent much time trying to identify and find it.

The insides are showing their age. The kitchen cabinets, in particular, are very shabby.

It was very close to Paddington station (where the Heathrow Express leaves from) and since I was needing to be on the 6:55 train, it was very nice to be so close.

Where to start? This was a really awful place and the fact that it was so expensive was quite frustrating. To begin with, you have to pick up the keys from the hotel a few storefronts away but it doesn't say that anywhere in the instructions I got. Apparently, the hotel owns this apartment, which is located in a dismal building that reminded me of a New York tenement house. Narrow, dark and dirty stairwell and no lift to get your bags up. The toilet barely worked. The bathroom is extremely cramped. The kitchen is very outdated. The twin beds are in the main room and take up most of it. The other apartments are apparently rented long term to families with small, screaming children. It was bad enough that I asked for a partial refund (denied) or a room in the actual hotel (we would have needed 2 rooms and they did give us one). It was the most expensive place we stayed in on our trip and by far the worst place. Consider finding some other place to stay.

Access to the flats is via very steep and narrow stairs. Luckily we had an overnight bag but it would have been almost impossible to carry a full size suitcase up the stairs unless you are very young and fit. The arrival instructions are very poor the address is a locked front door with no signage. We had to find the booking for a number and someone came from a hotel a few doors down. We were not shown where to go just given a front door key. The facilities are very dated and basic.

Location is excellent for Paddington.

Not the most upto date furnishings and fittings for a property that is part of the IHG chain. Lamp shade ripped, bathroom dated, front door feels less than secure.

Super nice and central location! It was quite spacious and with air condition in both rooms. There was a car park nearby (54 pounds for 3 days). We could leave our suitcases at Indigo Hotel for free.

There were only 3 chairs (it’s an apartment for 4 people). Just 1 glass in the cupboard (enough cups for us 4). The livingroom/bedroom was next to the main street so it was a bit noisy during the night. No instructions at all that the key should be collected at Indigo Hotel!

Facility not as advertised. Electrical appliances out of compliance. Oven unable to be used as no rack runners. Not enough cutlery or plates. No washing machine as advertised. no extra bathroom as advertised. no servicing as advertised. I have requested a part credit 50% but no payment has happened yet or communication with details.

Location was good for Paddington station and Hyde park

Stairs only. Difficult to get suitcases to appt. Needs decorating- mould on ceiling. Lacked utensils in kitchen. Back aspect was poor, opening windows exposed one to air con unit noises.

Location for the concert we were attending, ease of getting to, large rooms.

took a bit of finding but no complaints.

great location just 2 mins walk to paddington station, great for groups or families to use as a base to explore london. kitchen facilities and even a washing machine great value for money

Location was very good,Proximity to the main hotel was also good.

The main (double) bedroom was incredibly noisy - there was a ventilation fan that went off for 20 minutes about 2-3 times an hour all through the night and we didn't sleep at all.I raised this with the hotel reception and received an i'm sorry we'll look into it but nothing else.

Location to Paddington station. Just enough space for our family.

I asked for 4 single beds. received a third (to the 2 singles) only after 2 days... I would recommend something additional in the bathroom to hang clothes, towel...The stairs!!!!

Three flights of stairs. Decor a bit tired. Flooring in hall broken - bit of a trip hazard. Same with shower tray which felt unsafe to stand on.
