The room was described correctly, should be clearly described that it's at the basement and no windows. Smaller than most studio apartments.

The staff were accommodating. After we complained about the smell and state of our room, they moved us into a larger room with no hassle.

The room smelled like smoke and sewage. It was located in the basement that was only accessible by stairs, which made it hard to get my heavy luggage down. It looked nothing like the pictures they advertised. It felt like we were being scammed.

Very small room in an apartment building. Waited an hour to get key, because front desk didn¿t know who had it.

Nothing, if I had the option I would have changed my stay to another place.

Very bad experience with this place. I wouldn¿t recommend at all. It¿s a basement accommodation, with unhelpful letting office.

‘Concierge’ Staff at front desk was very rude and unhelpful. The key provided for my apartment door did not work well and I had to have someone come check it. I would have thought these things would have been noticed and ironed out prior to my stay. The Nell Gwynn staff was helpful in resolving my issue, though.The apartment is dated, for example there was a lamp that was broken so didn’t even work. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided until the housekeeping service came to refill me on day 6.Strange smell in the hallway and apartment, like an old musty odor.

Excellent room, well appointed with everything we needed. Very clean. We booked a room on a quiet street and it was exactly as described.

Nothing, it was excellent.

Best thing about it is the location. You can find grocery and cafe very close.

Paying deposit. Very old furniture. Very tight apartment. Worse bed ever.

Location in the heart of Chelsea.Good placement with wide infrastructure.

There was no washing powder, cooking oil, and salt, so for 3 3-day stay we bought a pack of oil and salt.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — a nice area and not far from the city center, which made it very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely come back!

Location

The facilities, especially the bathtub, were a major issue. Water from the kitchen sink and bathroom basin all flowed into the bathtub, causing dirty water to accumulate and overflow. The bathtub became completely clogged, leaving it filled with filthy water and making it impossible for us to shower. Just imagine standing in other people’s dirty water — it was truly a gross and unacceptable experience.

Every thing was great. except the Porter , the tall gentleman with the black hair and glasses could smile a like more, felt he was very cold towards guests.

The area is very nice, safe and accessible via the underground. The appartment was functional, and the buildimg well maintained despite the large size.

Bathroom was tight for a family of 4

Great apartment in a lovely part of the city. Close to shops and services for everything you need. Plenty of room for a family of four with the kids on the pull-out sofa.

Very nice location. Studio apartment was very roomy. Bed was comfy. Nicely equipped kitchen.

A bit of a hassle providing a security deposit. Not sure why a deposit was necessary. Front desk staff was not super friendly nor very informative at check in. On reading the house rules in the binder it asks you to leave your keys at the front desk when you leave every day because they don’t want you to lose them. Felt like we were being treated like children . Also the keys have the hotel name and room number right in the tag so not exactly secure maybe consider changing the lock types to a more updated system. Still enjoyed the place. Would stay again. Just the key policy is strange.

Very comfy bed, location was great, right b/w Sloane Sq and West Kensignton tube stations, across from small grocery store open late.

Bottom part of shower doors in need of deep clean, rug in linving area could also be dispensed with.

Lovely studio in a great location. I was afraid being on a busy street it might be noisy, but it wasn’t at all. Very clean with pleasant staff.

We weren’t able to easily operate the appliances as we weren’t familiar with these brands. Near the end of the trip we found an instruction book in one of the cabinet drawers. It would have been helpful if they simply left this on the coffee table where it could be easily discovered.
