The Beverley Hotel London - Victoria

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and quiet room.

Staff were very helpful, bed was comfy, room was clean

Wifi was very hit-and-miss and dropped a few times, making it hard to get work done

The water for showers and for flushing he toilet in our room did not work, the room was extremely small, was not given a room that we booked and was not able to move to the appropriate room after addressing this issue to the front desk person.

Within walking distance to many restaurants and pubs.

The room needs to be larger, especially if there is more than one person staying there.

Very clean & comfortable rooms, we only had a hand luggage each (there were 2 of us in each room) so it was actually still pretty comfy & spacious. The location is very well connected with plenty of buses & tubes to get you to other areas within London, and the area of the hotel itself is very beautiful.

The only small thing is that the room was very hot due to the central and underfloor heating. We switched off the radiator, opened the window and even slept with the AC on cooling, and we still felt hot! We spoke with the reception staff and some of them were helpful and told us they switched it off, however it was still very warm. I think it's a central control due to it being winter.

Clean, great location with almost all the places I need around, very friendly staff. Warm kind of hotel. Got help taking up my luggage, which rarely happens on Belgrave Road ...Has AC should the weather get hot. Soft, comfy clean bed and pillows.

Was on second floor with no lift. Good form of exercise though. The room is quite small, just enough space to operate around the bed and could barely fit in my one big luggage and I was alone. Would be cramped for two.No reading desk and chair so working in the hotel is not ideal, unless you're good sitting on the bed.The doors near my room were basically together so you become part of the openings and closings going on around

The room was located down some rather narrow stairs and then out the back of the hotel. However it was a lovely large room and the tea and coffee facilities were very good. TV was well located. Bathroom clean and modern.

Access to the room as I said was a bit difficult if you had any mobility issues but it suited me OK.As a single female, the area was quiet at night and you need to be alert as in any big city.

The rooms we stayed in were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is pleasant and quiet, close to Victoria Station, with plenty of breakfast options nearby.

When we arrived before check-in, our luggage was left unattended by the wide-open entrance doors instead of being stored securely in the luggage room, which was concerning. The bathrooms are small, and there were no towel hooks, which was frustrating. There was a strong unpleasant smell in one of the children’s rooms, although our room did not have this issue.

Location is very handy a few minutes walk to Victoria

The room was extremely small and the noise from the street kept us awake until the early hours. We were then woken up at around 8:30am by someone cleaning outside our room very loudly and hoovering right by the door. Following on from very little sleep this was not ideal. Perhaps this should be done once people have checked out in future.

Transportation options are somewhat challenging when trying to get a taxi on the street or app.

One very slight negative, room 100 has a spotlight immediately outside the bedroom window. It would be great to be able to turn it off or at least mount so that it faces away from the window

the room and hotel in general were exceedingly clean and new. I thought this would be a more run down option but it was great!

The door had a window that someone could have peered into, and which beamed light into the room. Weird.

Close to Victoria station, underground and busses, lots if small little restaurants and diners near the hotel for breakfast and dinner. Try the Ciprus/Turkish restaurant great food!

Wifi could be better only 6Mbit/s

Room is very small, difficult moving around the bed. Booked a twin to share with a colleague. Was more like a double bed as so close! Tiles at the side of sick dirty with water marks splashed down them. Was on the 4th floor, thankfully the staff member carried my bag upstairs. The room was incredibly hot and we could not get the air con to work

The room was tiny but very comfortable and very clean. It had everything I needed, perfect for a short stay. Great location

Very nice room on top floor with view of some land marks. Nice staff and very organised with room keys ready to go with names. Also checked room was perfect pre giving keys.

Lots of stairs, fine for us but some thing to think about if steps are challenging for you

I really liked the hotel because it is close to the city center and Victoria Station, and the room was very comfortable, spacious, and cozy.

Short walk from Victoria Coach and train stations. Comfy bed in a large room. Wifi

TV reception was awful.
