Pros +
- You cannot beat the location for theatre land, restaurants and walking to many wonderful museums and land marks. The breakfast was superb as was the dinner we had there. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful.
- Location is top, great staff, great breakfast, good gym.
- It’s in a good location
Cons -
- There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe because of the locationnit maybe noisy at weekends but I always use wax earplugs anyway and didn't hear any noise from outside.
- Rooms are really small (could be normal for London?), and the mattress I got was old and sinking in the middle
- Massively over priced for what you get, basic accommodation, small rooms, I understand it’s in a good part but I’m sure there is far better

The size of the room
Location was perfect, however the coffee machine was not great no sugar it biscuits.
Small bed, coffee machine wasn’t clean and no condiments.
We were greeted warmly and the hotel held our bags until check in. The location of the hotel is perfect to see the sights of London. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom spotless. After a great nights sleep, breakfast was very good, along with great service throughout our stay. We will definitely use again.
Great location, lovely breakfast and friendly staff.
Room (205) was extremely underwhelming. I would say very basic for the price. No blackout blinds or curtains and very draughty windows. Air con/heating was very temperamental too. Location of the hairdryer is ridiculous, attached to the wall inside the wardrobe with a very short cable and barely reaches the mirror. No option to sit down and dry your hair. Have to lean into the wardrobe! Tea/Coffee is provided in the room but it is the bare minimum (again it is in the wardrobe!) Also, there is extremely limited hanging and storage space for clothes. We were living out of our case.
Communal areas are super cool and chic, room a tad dated but 'classic' and very clean and well presented. View was of nothing into a void and other bedrooms, bit of a shock when you open the blind in the morning, make sure you are dressed! Helen on reception is a delight and exceptionally friendly and helpful who was happy to help and be my personal photographer! If you are staying in Covent Garden, I wouldn't stay anywhere other than here.
The view from the room and the room was a little dated but still 'classic' and well presented.
George received us and he was welcoming, helpful and extremely kind. Went to great efforts to ensure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant staff again helpful but non intrusive.Location was amazing for a night at the theatre.
Duvet could have been a little larger for the size of the double bed, tended to be a slight game of tug-o-war to keep warm!Wonderful shower but bathroom small and only capable of 1 person at a time getting ready in there.
Great location, lovely comfortable Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful
We had booked a weekend in London as a birthday treat and requested a slightly earlier check in. Not only was the room ready when we arrived (even prior to the time I requested) but the hotel staff arranged another few treats for us which we really appreciated. The location is brilliant - so central but also quite quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, very high quality ingredients. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Nothing!
Great friendly staff and very clean. Safe environment and great location
Good location
Room too small Bed too small Expected the room to be a little nicer

The location was perfect! Close to shops and restaurants and theaters! The on-site breakfast was superb. I would recommend including that as it offered plenty of options , all delicious. The Head Concierge, Ed Parkes, was wonderful. We arrived early and he was able to store our bags until the room was ready. He arranged transportation for us a few times, all of which worked out perfectly. Ed and his staff including George and Janet and Helen, among others could not have been more friendly and accommodating.Such a wonderful group of people and a wonderful establishment. I would highly recommend this location. Rooms were very clean and quiet.
The location is great, staff really friendly. The room was nice and clean with comfy beds.
Just a couple of niggles……..with the cooked breakfast items there were no vegetarian options. Vegetarian sausages would have been nice or some alternative as we don’t eat pork. In the room there were no sweeteners/sugar with the tea/coffee facilities.
Great location!! Super helpful reception staff!! The sitting area with couches was cozy.
There was trash under the bed and hotel phone didn’t work.
