Radisson Blu Hotel, London Tottenham Court Road (formerly Kenilworth)

The room was incredibly, ridiculously tiny. The sconces on either side of the bed were intermittent, and one came on in the middle of the night. And one of the elevators didn't work.

The location

The rooms were very small and the fire door was loud banging all night long as people came and went.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The room smelled of smoke - as if a smoker had been there previously, and was a room for a disabled person. In the room the sofa bed was also made up, using up much of the floorspace, and this was not done back up despite a request to reception.

Location is good, right next to British Museum and can walk to many places.

The room we checked into on the 6th floor in January did not have heat. Indeed no heat! The floor did not have heating for a few days based on a prior review. The hotel knew about it and put us in a room without hearing anyway. It was very very cold!

Breakfast was the absolute best, great food and variety of options.

Really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were great and the location was ideal, with easy access to central London. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff truly stood out, all were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making the stay feel extra special. Would definitely recommend.

I really like this otel

A thing i've reviewed before, got a response for it but still not changed is; There are still no trashbags in neither of the bins in the room and toilet. This is very bad for a) liquid trash, b) hygenic trash, c) and it makes you touch other people's touched bins. (There have never been any disinfection explanation near the bins) you should bring your own trashbags for your trashbins to this otel. This is not a dealbreaker for me but it can be some to other people.

Location was great for the theatre and tube. Reception was nice and so was resteraunt.

Our room was small and not as nice as other Radissons ive stayed at. Old fashoned furniture.

The location is great. My room was small but immaculate, stylish and comfortable. The place has a feeling of quality.

Convenient for theatre and handy for shops and attractions.

Small suggestions ,table lamps in room rather than main lights. More coffee, tea, and sugar. Shower screen needs improving. As this was a disabled room there was no hand rails and screen was not secure and kept moving.

Excellent location and a friendly welcome. Was very kindly upgraded to a larger room, which was both quiet and comfortable.

Bizarrely the bar had closed early so my return from the opera was a champagne- lacking disappointment!

Greeted with a friendly smile. Given free upgrade plus bag with snacks. Lovely hotel in Great value for money
