Hotel stay was great starting with staff in reception at arrival. Location perfect - everything in walking distance and next to Tube. Breakfast was exceptional value for money

Location and entrance

Our room was mediocre ( I’ve stayed 5 times at the property before). The bed was comfy but the roomWas dusty and a bit shabby. For the cost, it wasn’t the best experience I ve had with you

The room we had was lovely and was upgraded to a king sized double on arrival. The rooms were really nice and clean and we had a coffee machine and fridge in our room so that was a nice touch. The bathroom was really nice too with a good shower and toiletries to use. The breakfast was amazing! If it’s not in your room price it’s a little costly but so so good!

Nit picking really but our door to the bathroom didn’t open fully as the door rubbed on the floor, there was also a breeze coming through the window unit where the seal was gone so that made it a little cold and finally…no biscuits with the drinks in the room but you can’t have it all can you?!

Stayed in a refurbished room on 1st floor could hear slight tube noise late night and early morning.Restaurant we found to be slightly expensive for the food we were served. There is a set menu ask the waiter/waitress for this has it won't be given to you.Drinks price also expensive.

I like the charm of the unrenovated rooms and the fact that there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Rooms are small but very functionallocation for me was perfect as i was visiting someone at the neighbouring hospitalmany small shops and coffee places close by, good public transportclose to Soho and Oxford street

Good location, well presented and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice too. Upgraded us to complementary free breakfast which was a great touch. Would defo book again!

Heater/fan in room was a little noisy. Windows don’t really block out all the road noise. Could have been a few quid cheaper too but I guess it is London on Valentine’s Day.

The location is excellent and the beds are comfortable.

There were no bedside lamps, only ceiling lights. If two people are staying and just one of them needs or wants a light, the other person has the light fully in their face, too. It adds to a cold atmosphere and zero cosiness. The carpet was a little shabby and there were weird stains on the bathroom walls.

Location was very good close to train stations and walk to the west end. room was very small but was well arranged - very nice TV to watch from a cosy bed. fridge and tea okay. Breakfast was excellent with good choice , fresh salad and cooked and cold breakfast, helpful staff

No coffee in the room. Had an evening meal 1 night but too expensive with poor choice - steak and burgers, had sea bass as the only healthy option but in a butter sauce. Service charge is added which was more than 10%

Staffs are nice.

The room is much smaller than I expected. I chose this hotel because we had two large suitcases and the pictures look okay to accommodate our suitcases. In fact the room was too small to open even one suitcase and we had difficult times to sort out everything

The property is located at a prime location. The room was quiet spacious. They also accomodated our request of room decoration.

Super location and fantastic staff.

It is on a very busy street do very noisy but I was aware of this and used my earplugs so all was fine.

Poor soundproofing from the busy main road, hairdryer broken, unusual socket layout by bed, lack of bedside table on one side, oversensitive PIR light being activated by moving feet in bed
