Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street

Excellent customer service from Tringa on the front desk, made us feel really welcome. Great location the standard of the rooms is excellent. Cocktails from the bar were professionally made and tasted delicious.

Good location. Nice room. Nice hotel

Our tv didn’t work and we asked them to check on it and they done nothing about it. They didn’t let us change rooms. I didn’t like the stay because the facilities were not up to our expectation.

Size of the room a bit small, to my taste

location was great. rooms were really nice. the finishes were all of a high standard, making it feel like a luxury break away. it is our second visit and didn't disappoint.

we thought that there was a discount for parking at the local NCP if you stayed, but that didn't seem to be the case. that seems like a good option if no parking facility.

Have no complaints about the hotel, room was very clean. Staff were nice when we checked in, location was fantastic for us, overall it was a lovely stay

Tv was positioned to the left of the bed making it very uncomfortable to watch tv in bed. Also slit of noise from other rooms meant a jack of sleep

The only positive aspect of this property is its excellent location, which is very convenient and close to many attractions.I would also like to specifically thank Anu from the restaurant staff for his good service, and Badar from the reception, whom I met during check-out. His professionalism and polite attitude stood out, and I genuinely wished I had encountered this level of service from the beginning.

Unfortunately, the overall service was very poor. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and made me feel as if I was staying for free rather than as a paying guest.Housekeeping was unacceptable. During my 5-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. When I called to request items, I was sometimes told to come downstairs and collect them myself, which is completely inappropriate for a hotel of this category.Additionally, the service provided by Vivake was extremely poor and disappointing.

Price and broken AC on a very hot day. Dilapidated hotel

The staff were friendly location good

No air con in room and it was 28 degrees. Windows opened a tiny bit but road noise from station and Crain kept me awake. We did upgrade for the second night. If we were told there would be no air con we wouldn’t have booked

Disappointing and not what we expected, despite past stays there that were great.

We were told at check in that the air conditioning system in the building was not working in the middle of a heat wave (90+ degree days). We were not told this prior to our arrival in any of the communications with the hotel. Our room and bed were extremely small and the TV faced the wall and wasn’t watchable.

The hotel is in a superb locarion with Bond St Tube St opposite.Hotel immaculate clean and friendly staff.Looking forward to my next visit.

Nothing to dislike

Nothing.. dint stay there.. I was cheated by both booking.com and Radisson Blu.. shameful coz both are such big companies and could have easily sorted this out for me.. made me and my family go thru extreme stress as we were stranded.Terrible

Everything about how this was handled was shit

Great location but over priced for facilities no decent bar couldn’t even get a coffee apart from the dining room , reception staff not that friendly , rooms nice

The location was fantastic. The room was relatively small, but it was sufficient for our needs. The staff was friendly. They were welcoming and attentive.

The drain in the shower was not draining water fast enough. The tub would almost overflow. I mentioned the issue, and they tried to fix it. It got better, but I guess it is an old plumbing problem. The other issue was that the breakfast room was extremely cold. The staff brought in space heaters, but it wasn't enough. As I said above they were very attentive.

Fabulous location and welcoming staff.

I found a bag of cocaine in the bar.
