    • Location was ideal and close to lots of restaurant options. It had amazing character. The front desk staff was supremely helpful and friendly.
    • Location, Cleanliness and breakfast
    • The staff were helpful. The breakfast was excellent and available until 11 am. The location to the Earl's Court tube station made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go.

    Cons -

    • Parking was not ideal, but manageable.
    • Room air conditioner did not adjust. Either full blast, or off, which we switched between.
    • Typical for London, no place to put your toiletries.

Great staff! Everyone is very friendly and accomodating. I had an issue with my reservation which was handled quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. The hotel decor is very nice. Gives a boutique hotel vibe. The breakfast is delicious and worth the price

There seems to be an insulation issues with the windows. I was freezing 2/3 nights since we are unable to control the room temperature. Also, some of the rooms have a mold problem. Had to switch to another room which had minor mold compared to the first 1

It was a good location.. Close to good and the transportation.

It was an odd room to get to.. The room was down from the elevator the down some steps. Unusual.

The hotel is hip and up to date. Great beds and showers!

The room in the basement was amazing except I didn¿t feel safe at all times.

Location is very good, breakfast is very good too.

the bathroom is so tiny, and shower tray is very shallow, drain hole is blocked, horrible experience.

Nice neighborhood, very close to Earl¿s Court tube stop, friendly and helpful staff.

Beds uncomfortable, charge to leave bags for a few hours.

the maintenance crew was not able to resolve the lack of air conditioning during my stay. room was acceptable

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-11-2022

    Memory of stay in 2014

Room 105 had constant water ¿leak¿ noise or draining water sound perhaps from a/c duct work in ceiling near main door to room. Additionally, shower ceiling had mildew/mold and flaking paint/chunks missing from said area again perhaps due to water damag

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-12-2022

The location was next to a nice pub for delicious breakfast and great service and a short walk to Kensington high street dining & shopping.

Mildew on walls in bathroom. Entire bathroom would be dripping with water after shower. No fan or working fan. Lamp shades were dented and crooked. Room was not cleaned well. Restaurant didn¿t have nice ambiance. Neither did bar. Wasn¿t inviting.

    Small property

No air con. Mould on bathroom ceiling Uncomfortable bed

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-13-2018

The location is great, only a few minutes from the metro station and lots of restaurants even a coin laundry nearby. Very clean.

There are some daylight basement rooms. I was given one that was dark and humid. Made me feel claustrophobic.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-15-2018

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very close to the Earls Court Tube station. Easy to get to from Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly Line and Hint: Take the elevator(Lift). There Pubs that serve food, a small grocery, and fast food too.

When I arrived they A/C issues in the part of the hotel, we were staying in. They brought in fans which helped and offered to move us when a A/C room was available. We stayed in our original room because it wasn't too bad and we didn't want to move.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-5-2018

Great customer service, made to feel welcome, great room, excellant breakfast. right next to the tube station.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-28-2017

Clean, comfortable, stylish, modern, well-located with lots of restaurants, pubs, shops, and most importantly, a tube station, nearby.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-30-2017

Literally nothing. Would not recommend this or return. In fact, I ended up checking out the next day and returning to the other hotel I had been staying at.

Location is terrible. For what you pay, it's a crime. Also, this has 4 stars? According to who's standards? The guests were LOUD, which I understand is something you can control but it's something you can mitigate by not having paper thin walls. TERRIBLE
