Pros +
- Location, room size, clean, quiet, helpful staff. Great price. Short walk to trains, museums, food, parks. Easy access to attractions by trains. Felt safe and friendly. Great water pressure. Hot water, nice towels, tea kettle, iron, hair dryer, good beds.
- Big room, nice big beds
- Short walk to the tube to get to Heathrow in the morning
Cons -
- Rooms could use some maintenance. Things like peeling grout and marks in walls. Curtains had stains. The bathroom has no fan and has a moldy smell. Some days the towels smelled of mold also. Room service food really poor.
- Wc a bit old
- I would have liked a Granola option at breakfast

I would have liked a Granola option at breakfast
Staff is amazing. Great Multi Ethnic location.
Not as modern as I like

Check-in was easy, but overall the experience was disappointing. They did not provide drinking water, and when I asked to buy some, I was told they don’t sell water and was asked to go to a grocery store instead, which was inconvenient.I also asked for a late checkout and was told to come in the morning, that there would be availability and I could pay for a half day. However, when I came in the morning, they said there was no availability and refused the late checkout. I understand that availability can change, but they should not say it will be provided and then deny it later. At least being honest upfront would allow guests to plan accordingly.Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned—behind the bed was very messy.
Centrally located with easy access to the train. Attila and Otto at the front door deserve special mention they were so helpful.
The property is nicely located, near a variety of restaurants and the tube. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was lovely
Able to store luggage before check in, room service and water stations, bathtub and comfortable large bed, working and secure lifts
Long lines and wait to check in; hotel/lobby was very busy.
I have a disability and they provide me with accessible room and the staff were friendly and helpful they made my stay more comfortable
Room is very old and does not cleaned properly, we were expected our room to be cleaned early in tue afternoon but none of the day the housekeeper came before then, , instead they came at 5pm when we’re exhausted wanted to have rest, we ended up giving up the cleaning service by only replace the towels.
The air condition is so noisy and we can’t sleep if we turn it on. Every other facilities are all out of the dated
Super helpful staff, spacious, comfortable rooms abd amazing breakfast.
The staff was so bad, the ones working in reception and the girl who works in the bathroom because she was so bad with us and said bad words to us!
It is at an excellent location, with underground tube very close, halal eating places just next to the hotel and a supermarket next to it as well.
The amenities can be improved a bit and the breakfast menu can be improved.
It was very good and I to thank Mr. Ayman he was outstanding during my stay at the Millennium Gloucester Road Hotel. He was extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. His attention to detail and dedication to excellent service truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. A real asset to the team
The hotel is very well located. Easy use of main lines of the Metro, nice restaurants are nearby, the area is nice with highlights at walking distance.
The breakfast could have more variation. The room could be renewed
Great locations, clean rooms, good service I will stay in this hotel again, absolutely The deal value is the greatest in London
The room service was mid, they didn't leave mineral water and a tissue box every day in my room, but they did in the other room
The breakfast was great and reasonable value. The reception staff particularly Nihar were very helpful. Likewise all the staff, dealt well with a noisy neighbour issue in the hotel. Would use hotel again right next door to tube station.
Generally all positive, despite being a big hotel had a good vibe. The only slight negative was the bar area which was quite small and not overly warm feel to it.
