You cannot beat the location. It?s fantastic.

The hotel is in bad need of renovation. The rooms needed a lot of attention. The carpeting was old. The tub needed regrouting And most importantly, the Wi-Fi was horrible and I was there on business and needed consistent Wi-Fi

No wash clothes. Towels wher old and you can see through them. Need work on softness of bathroom liner

The staff were nice but the communication between them was terrible. Called the front desk and asked for a few things that should have already been in the room but had to call and actually go to the front desk several times to get what we requested.

Staff not helpful at all, no sense of customer service. Fittings and furnishings in bad condition. Empty mini bar but credit card deposit for extras mandatory.

All staff were very helpful even down to cleaning some wine glasses so we could drink in our room. Breakfast was very good, all the usual choices and more.

Hotel could do with a little sprucing up but was very clean and for the location so close to Harrods and many London attractions it worth it.

Great location, friendly staff

Public smoking at hotel main entrance was not pleasant. Bedroom on 4th floor had a side building view not a city view and bedroom not up to a good standard, very tired, needed updating. Breakfast was nice but food was not kept readily available, needed to wait for more food to be cooked.

The walls are too thin you can hear everything in the rooms next door. No accessible plug sockets you have to crawl under the desk and only 2 available. The lamps are plugged in with an old fashioned plug sockets can’t even take anything out to charge up your phone.

There were maintenance right above the room which started early on in the morning which made the stay uncomfortable, once I changed the room I enjoyed my stay more

The location was just a min walk from Harrods, the staff were super friendly

Ideal location close to underground station in a nice area. Breakfast covered all tastes

Location was perfect, staff was very supportive, helpful and friendly. All staff was very good from the receptionist, cleaners, bar staff and security staff. I remember few staff names, Faisal was very nice always smiled made you feel at ease, Peter, Saud and Sarwaish were very friendly. Thank to every one...!!

I can't think of anything that I disliked.

The Wifi didn’t work in my room. I complained 3 times and gave up

Location was perfect. Room and breakfast were not up to the mark for the price they charged.

Not clean and really needs to be upgraded.

The location was perfect, near the tube and on a main road. Felt very safe walking around at night.

This is not a 4 start hotel... it may have been when it was built, but it is not now. My room was upgraded... great?... wrong i was given a larger room with joining doors seemingly made of paper! I could hear everything all night... The room, while perhaps being clean it was falling apart and didn't look clean.

Dirty and the Egyptian who works in receptions in professional rude and very very bad … iwill not recommend this hotel to any body , they should change all the stuff also the house keeping’s they smells !! Not having deodorant!!! That’s is very bad … u should have good manager !! Thus is not right at all iam shocked
