London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale

Nice hotel, friendly staff and flavored water always available

horrible milddew smell on 2nd floor when you got off the elevator and fire alarm went off one day and staff didn't do anything to acccommadate guests (mishap of alarm and went off at 6 am)

This hotel did not live up to Marriott standards. However the staff was friendly.

The location. The decor was dated.

Good rooms

Hotel doesnt have a fitness center and pool of their own. They next door one which is extremely hot and could not breathe. The manager on duty was in helpful. Terrible experience staying there as I took that hotel mainly because of the pool.

Towels were fluffy and clean but I always has to call to get correct number os towels so that eveyone in my family had a towel

Concierge that sold us tickets that expired in 24 hours for 3 major attactions. He should have had an idea of how long oit took to see the Tower of London, Westminter Abbey, Saint Paul Cathedral

The walk from subway to the hotel ata night is a little bit dangerous when alone

The price was spot on for what I expect to pay for a 4 Star in Central London.

Bar Staff insisted on charging optional Service on drinks. Don't mind once, not again. Had dinner it was inedible. Disgusting Pizza only offered 20% off bill

They charged me $80 extra per night for a room with two beds. They charge for in-room internet/wi-fi. You had to go to the lobby area for free wi-fi. It ended up being a very expensive stay for a sub-par hotel.

Hotel is run down and not up to Marriott standards. Beds were extremely worn out and disappointing. Grout in shower was moldy and missing. Bathroom flooded when showering. Carpet, furnishings, etc are worn and dated.

Great room. Spacious, very clean, extremely comfortable bed, very good toiletries.

A bit from central London. About 15-20 minutes taxi ride.

Client not travel to about mentioned date due to personal reasons but later on the same month stayed at the same hotel and liked it very much
