Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill

New construction provides lots of quiet from the street and other guests. Very hard to find this in London. Updated. Staff were for the most part very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful with requests. Hotel finishings and fixtures are 5 star.

Upon doing some pushups on the floor I saw several food scraps and wrappers left from a previous guest. The staff in the hall were louder than necessary with lots of slamming doors.

The check out process was a nightmare. I had to wait in line for 20 mins and I was the next person to be seen. There were 3 staff members checking out but there was not provision to deal with quick check outs.

The staff was amazing - everyone from concierge to bartenders was warm and welcoming. Whatever request we had, they were quick to accommodate. Wonderful hotel close to everything! Can't wait to come back!

This wasn’t our first stay, but this time the experience truly stood out. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always welcoming, and consistently smiling, which made our family stay extremely comfortable. Everything was excellent, and we are genuinely impressed with the new team. Highly recommended!

Staff at the Hyatt restaurant were very accommodating and made me feel secure with my Celiac Disease. Showmo did an exceptional job, he was a great host and went above and beyond.

The location was perfect. Everything is walking distance or accessible via underground.

We were 3 persons but the room was too small for 3 persons

Every think was good , location comfortable & host staff

Room was small, closet was in the toilet & small all though I was in junior suite

- Location couldn't be better- Absolutely silent room on 6th floor, could sleep without ear plugs even as a sensitive sleeper- double beds were each huge, very nice

I know this is London but still it's a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices, even for London:- room was relatively small- breakfast room was tight and noisy- food selection at breakfast was like an average 4 star hotel, WAY below expectations for a 5 star hotel, it's like they weren't even trying to make absolutely anything special. It's not like it was bad, it was just absolutely not 5 star worthy at all.

I had a great stay! Tess Lynden at reception made the check-in easy, offered us comfort options while waiting, and quickly informed us when the room was ready.

Nothing at all. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent Location, close to Oxford Street and all the shopping.Room size, very good, however bathroom a little bit cramped.Breakfast Buffet was outstanding , amazing choices, however the room was very loud.

The only comment was that the main dining room was too loud. I think they could deaden the sound by placing table clothes on the tables. The clatter of cutlery you can hear in the main check in area.

The location and the staff were all very good and I enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

The hotel has charged me more by GBP 96.5 even though they have taken a full blocked amount with the above-mentioned 96.5. I need a refund of the amount. This is not complaining. I just need to resolve it ASAP.

After checking out they charged me extra 5% of total stay As they said it is hotel policy Not mentioned in the booking agreement Which confused me for the first time And made me take decision not to book the same next time
