Bvlgari Hotel London is the true definition of perfection in every aspect you can ever imagine.It all started even before arrival, which they make sure to personalized and make your stay special and memorable as possible.I would personally like to appreciate and thank all the amazing workers for the phenomenal hospitality, and especially some specific representatives who went above and beyond for me.Sabrina the manager, who greeted me on arrival and assisted me with everything including everything during all my stay, Joey from reception who greeted me even before arrival with all the arrangements, Misato from reception which also greeted me on arrival with a top-notch service. The amazing night manager. Of course, how can I not mention the most dedicated and professional butler in the world - Grover, which was there for me 24/7 for everything I needed.In addition, thank you so much for the lovely concierge who assisted me with so much warmth to book restaurants in London. Lastly the spa team which made me feel like I entered a true paradise, and the talented therapist who provided me a relaxing and energizing treatment.I will definitely visit Bvlgari Hotel again and without a doubt it's the best hotel in London.

Location: near Harrods, Sloane street for shopping, near a lot of restaurantsStaff: friendly and helpfulHotel: clean, modern. I love the swimming pool, spa and sauna. Foods are quite good (not really excellent but not bad).

We stayed here during Christmas. I expected a big Xmas tree which is decorated festively. However, I only saw a small tree compared to the level of brand Bvlgari and other 5-star hotels in London.

The lobby is very small + the staff are amazing but they need to a bit familiar with their guests and others visiting the lounge only

Clean tidy and location

Rooms and Staffing faultless.

Relatively poor choice of plant-based options at breakfast. Compared to the likes of the Mandarin Oriental next door, there were only 2 or 3 choices for plant-based folk at breakfast.

Didn't like anything.

The heater wasn't working in our room. Management was rude in the breakfast area, told us to go out and sort out our breakfast on our own at the front desk. They should have it on the system that our breaskfast was included instead telling us to go to the reception and sort it out ourselves.Overall the stay was horrible. Very disappointed, they should check the room if everything is working then allocate the room.Excuses were made that we have maintenance staff available 24/7. When we called no one was available.

The breakfast was really nice. Quality food. Well cooked. PerfectThe staff in reception and the front door staff were very hospitable, friendly, helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to help us. The two ladies were brilliant and the team really looked after us and gave us a fantastic experience. We were grateful for the upgrade and all the special surprises.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bvlgari and we were sad to leave. We stayed with our 6 month old and the hotel were amazing with him, all the little thoughts they did was great. Provided baby towel, nappy bin etc etc without us even requesting. Location is great too, maximum 5 minute walk and you can be in Harrods.Spa is also amazing, I had a few treatments and they were alls very good. Swimming pool and facilities great too.We will be back

Location, facilities, luxury feel, large rooms.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

The Bulgari Hotel helped me with my proposal to my now fiancé. The staff was outstanding and responsive. Our reception there by the staff outclassed my expectations. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and professional. The room was spectacular. Spa is excellent and beautiful. Massage therapists are world class. Dinner and breakfast was, as expected, delicious and beautifully made.The cleaning staff decorated our room with roses and candles when we went for dinner which was an amazing touch.Special thank you to Andy Madkour and his team for arranging our special occasion

I found it strange that there was not a black out option in the room. I mean it was difficult to close entirely the curtains.
