Pros +
- The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was perfect for one night and it was clean, good location.
- Room 104 - this is a first floor room located to the rear of the building. It is fairly compact, but plenty big enough, modern, very clean and quiet. It has all of the facilities expected of a good hotel; everyting was in excellent condition. It is equipped with a microwave and fridge (neither of which did we use). The bathroom (shower) was very clean and everything worked impeccably. The hotel's proximity to Baker St underground station makes it a very good jumping off place for getting into the West End and City. Whilst we did use the tube ,we found that we could easily walk into the West End and, on our final day, had a very pleasant walk, baggage and all, to Victoria Station on a very direct toute. A really super situation. We ate breakfast on all four days. The variety, quantity and quality were really very good. Again, the breakfast room was a spotless as all other parts of the hotel that we'd see. From reception to breakfast and room cleaning, all staff were charming and very helpful. An all-round great experience. (We are seasoned hotel users).
- Room was very clean and tidy
Cons -
- Whilst other reviewers have already mentioned that there is no lift and that the stairs might be a bit challenging for the less than nimble we can truly say that there was nothing that we didn't like.
- Outside of the window was a extractor fan which is very annoying wasn't to loud but annoying during the night I am a very light sleeper. Could do with more wardrobe hangers not enough for two people. I booked a superior room but found it on the small size.
- Nothing, it was a great stay. There is two properties opposite each other on the same road. Reception is in one of them and staff will help bring you to your room.

The staff were friendly, approachable and attentive. Good location with good facilities like a microwave, kettle and fresh water in the room. Breakfast was a great addition.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped with tea and coffee, water, soft drinks and lovely toiletries. Great breakfast, lovely selection and quality. Hot food was delicious especially the hash browns and it was hot!! The staff were great and so helpful.
Nothing really!
The location and the staff
The room was very small and needs renovation
Cute room, with a big window. The bathroom was big and clean
I think they have an issue with the ventilation system, so there were some strong smells sometimes

The cooked breakfast is always cold. Beans, mushrooms and sausages were cold. I complained when I was at the hotel a few months ago and nothing has changed. On my second morning I chose not to have a cooked breakfast. Please fix this as it’s the only thing that lets you down
Well located near Marylebone Station, Baker Street and Regent's Park. Nicely furnished room and clean. Good value for money in London.
Bed mattress wasn't very good quality or comfortable.
Good location. Relatively comfortable.
The check in person was extremely unfriendly - I was confirmed a checked in from 1-2 PM, and she said this wasn’t possible without even bringing up my reservation. No apparent desire to help, and I had to actually reiterate three times that the hotel had confirmed a check in from 1-2 PM. Room was quite warm and some banging from the top floor early in the morning.
Lovely welcoming staff. Room spotless with free extras such as tea, coffee , biscuits and soft drinks. Hotel easy to find walking distance from Marylebone and Baker Street.
It was small enough to be personable, clean and well stocked. Every item in the room, including linen was good quality.
Friendly welcome, nice clean room, quiet and well stocked. Comfortable
It was ideally situated for our weekend excursion. Easy to find, in quiet location yet within walking distance to Baker Street with plenty of shops and cafes near by.
Great location close to everything
The room was super small, even though I booked the largest room they had in the hotel
It was quiet and comfortable in a good location. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was very good with an excellent range of food.
We stayed four nights and to be honest we have few criticisms and would stay again. The only negative would be is that storage space for clothes was a bit limited.
