Nice decor and very clean room.

Rooms are on the small side, but are still functional.

Only one large towel and one hand towel even though I had booked for two people. Air con/heating extremely noisy

I upgraded our room and it was honestly so small. One pair of slippers only provided. Would not recommend anyone upgrading their room! Such a shame as I paid extra for my engagement celebration.

The breakfast was lovely and a good selection. For us the position was great for us as we were there for a wedding and could walk to the church and reception from the hotel.

Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice.

Room is very small, with no place to leave you luggage.

Very good location, the interior has a cool vibe with character, the check in and check out were very easy and the staff was friendly

Even though the room was soundproof and there was no noise coming from the outside, there were noises inside the room! There was something that sounded like a fan and some noise from the heating and it also got quite hot during the night as we hadn’t noticed that the temperature was set to 24 degrees. As a result we didn’t sleep very well…

The location was excellent and the rooms were clean and worth the money

Small thing but there was a crack of light through the hotel door all night, not a big issue but annoying!

Nice atmosphere especially the bar area and breakfast.

Swimming pool area closed without warning. Could be more transparent about this before arrival, but conditions weren't best when we stayed

It was spotlessly clean with beautiful interiors and super friendly & helpful staff. The guitar amp in the room was a nice touch, as my boyfriend is a musician - we will definitely be borrowing a guitar from the lobby next time if we have more time to spend in the hotel. We felt the hotel had lots of personality and it was excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

Ruby Stella is our favorite hotel in London.The staff was great, the rooms are spotless and the lobby is really stylish.Great cocktails too!I choose to stay every year for my birthday and it never disappoints.Thank you so much Ruby Stella!

Convenient to tube and bus connections. Breakfast, the best continental we’ve had plus the coffee was just great. And comfy bed.

No sanitary bag for items in the bathroom. Level one didn’t have a galley kitchen with tea, coffee, etc. we had to go to another floor.

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood of London,close to Farrington subway station,where you have access to the Elizaberh line and Circle line.The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very delicious.The hotel staff is exceptional friendly and helpful.I highly recommend thus place for your next stay in London!

Welcoming staff, great situation for Clerkenwell. All very clean and really great breakfast. Bar area was comfortable and rooms were great

A lovely welcome, good sized room, well equipped with good shower temperature ( although hot water does run out in the morning ) breakfast included in the rate.

Hot water only ran for a few minutes on both mornings of my stay.Would of liked a choice of hot breakfast ( eggs, bacon etc )

Room was nice, clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and bathroom was big and nice.

Got given the accessible room which meant a different bathroom not as pictured. But was not a worry for one night.

The location was great, especially for me coming from Luton airport. The rooms were lovely. Really cool interiors and the bed was so comfy. The lounge/bar area was also really nice and aesthetic.

Loved my stay at Ruby Stella London! The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious with great options. The location is convenient, only a 5-minute walk to a bus stop. The bar area offers a relaxed atmosphere, it’s a perfect spot to relax and order snacks or drinks.I would happily stay here again.
