Good location and a nice building.

Extremely unprofessional staff. After I provided my card for possible incidental charges, they attempted to charge me twice and even tried to charge for an extra night that I did not stay. This shows a serious lack of control and trust.

Amazing hotel! In the heart of Soho, a 2-minute walk to Oxford Street. Close to Piccadilly, Covent Garden, truly a pleasure. Excellent breakfast, there was a lovely girl named Avida, very nice, cheerful, and caring. The room we got was amazing, the bed very comfortable, there was a cake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room, which was a very pleasant surprise and fun for our anniversary. The cleanliness is excellent, they are very attentive and caring. And at the reception and entrance, they are always welcoming and kind. The hotel is not cheap but worth it! We will definitely return.

Great location, minutes from Regent street in one direction and Shaftesbury avenue in the other, but still manages to be an oasis of calm.

Tucked away on a quiet lane, the location was ideal for west side nightlife.The decor was spirited and classy.

The breakfast that was included was terrific. Lots of selection and attentive service. The room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities.

The noise from the plumbing in upstairs room was quite loud (however, I guess that can be expected in older buildings).

Lovely staff, beautiful room, wonderful breakfasts and fantastic location. I'm running out of superlatives, but we really loved this hotel.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.

The overall decor is very different but works so well and in a way which is difficult to explain. Apparently all 96 rooms are uniquely designed and decorated. The breakfast was excellent and not at all rushed. All staff were very accommodating at all times.

But great new bathroom

-Junior suite didnt have a separate rest area.-No view at all (and not much light)-Many rooms and fairly inpersonal lounge area (little intimacy)-Surcharge for using Apple Pay (crazy, never seen that before)

The room was excellent, spacious and tastefully decorated. Ideal location for a large part of London by foot and tube.Breakfast - great choice and very accommodating. Fabulous bar, warm and inviting

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff were exceptional--friendly, professional and consistently excellent. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job at making us feel cared for. The little touches, like how the towels were folded, bottles of water provided, our items straightened in the bathroom etc., made it special. The breakfast was also very good--the wait staff top notch.
