The location is perfect as you are surrounded by several different restaurants, grocery shops, and the train station is only a few metres away. The surroundings were safe as well. Our room was quite spacious, so we cannot complain.

The only downside was that we could hear people walking in the room above us, especially in the early morning, which seems to be common in British hotels. Additionally, while the breakfast was good, it could have offered a bit more variety considering it was labeled as an intercontinental breakfast. But it was still good!!

The stairway is too narrow and difficult to climb, the room is so tiny and not comfortable, I was given a room in the attic and i kept bumping my head on the slanting ceiling

The bathroom is extremely tiny, the shower is terrible very low flow of water, breakfast very simple.

The hotel was incredible noisy. The staff was never at the front desk. Beds were rock hard.

Too small rooms, too tight, clean, but no lift for 4th floor. Very good location. Good for one person who is able to climb stairs to the forth floor. Front desk very friendly and helpful with the suitcases up and down.

No lift and too tight

Great location. A block away from the Paddington Station and the metro. The property was clean and staff was nice!

The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. If you get a room at the 4th floor, you have use the narrow stairs. My room was tiny but comfortable. Not sound proof.

Excellent location besides Paddington station (the one to come and go to Heathrow). Staff very friendly. WiFi ok. Very clean.

Toilet very small. Shower to low. Breakfast not the expected “English Breakfast”: bacon and any pork products missing.

Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom offered plenty of room as well. Everything was clean and well-kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice convenience to start the day. Nothing extraordinary, but it was perfectly fine to get the day going. The location is also ideal, next to numerous stations, near the city center, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

The room’s heating was off on the first day (the room was notably cold), but after contacting reception on our first night, they provided helpful tips and the issue was resolved. However, it kept switching off automatically early each morning, and I was waking up around 7 a.m. because the temperature had dropped noticeably. The window insulation definitely needs improvement, as a lot of cold air and wind were coming through. Lastly, the shower setup is quite inconvenient, with only an overhead showerhead available and no secondary option, which makes showering inconvenient, less flexible, and comfortable. It would also be great to have a small fridge in the room.
