1 Hotel Mayfair

Staff was amazing and helped us find food after we arrived late our first night.

Walls are paper thin so you can here everything outside and they were renovating the room next door so we were awakened by the sound of sanding on the wall. I just wore ear plugs the next night.

The location was amazing and was steps away from the Green Park Tube Station. The executive suite was spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay here.

No hair dryers in the rooms. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Beds were not the same; one was lower than the other. Water was very hot and nearly impossible to get cool water in the shower and at one point we had no water pressure to flush toilet.

It's location is very good.

Hotel needs to be refurbished. It is clean but a little 'old'. Sink and bath take a while to drain, toilet paper really cheap, there seems to have been a shaving mirror in the bathroom which must have snapped off the wall and not been replaced.

Great hotel with wonderful location .

We asked for an upgrade as we were travelling for a special occasion but we were not given it .

The location of this hotel is exceptional - from Heathrow you just take the London Underground Piccadilly line to Greenpark and the hotel is a 2 minute walk from there. The room is very comfortable - great mattress and pillows.

The hotel lobby coffee shop was exceptionally busy so i found it really hard to find a seat to have a morning coffee.

Super friendly gentleman at the reception! Gave us an upgrade and cappuccino by check-in he gave us the warmest welcome! We loved the room! There was a bottle of champagne in the room with a little note. Everything was super personal I highly recommend this hotel.

the sustainability effort of the hotel, the interior design, the acceptance and services for pets, the modern way of hospitality, the position of the hotel between parks, shops, restaurants. the amenities in the room - including toilet products, japanese wc, tap water at the entrance.

the concierge can be improved specially for guiding guests for outdoor activities and restaurant bookings. in my case the opening hours for the green park were wrong - it was open till midnight but concierge sent me elsewhere to walk the dog at night - and the knowledge of restaurants in th area accepting kids was not satisfying.

Warm and cosy hotel and welcome right in heart of London. Also had great evening/meal in restaurant. Stayed in several central London hotels and think this was our favourite

Not cheap but nowhere is in London nowadays.
