Room was smaller than advertised - didn't have a chair/desk. The hotel didn't specify they didn't have a small lounge/space to sit

You can hear every movement and conversation of other guests.

As we were attending show this was close to venue and train station

It is very little room, bathroom is also small so gives claustrophobic vibes to the lack of space.

Bed was hard, doors had massive gaps underneath them onto the corridoor. Very noisy not only from corridor noise, talking, slamming doors, but its on a busy main road in central london. The busses rattle the building but the double glazing should be sound proof tripled for the front of the building. Very noisy from outside at night. No lift, The guy who makes the breakfast has good intentions using disposible gloves. However you arnt suppose to make coffee with them in at the coffee machine, write with a pen, pick up fresh produce, open fridges and keep washing your hands with gloves on. Thats poor food hygiene. You are meant to dispose of them everytime you do not handle food, replacing gloves via every operation. Breakfast is poor really. Id just not bother offering it.

Excellent location, close to everything. Room had everything we needed.

I think it's unnecessary to have to pay a room deposit of 25 pounds per night. We paid for our stay in advance of checking in and charging 75 pounds extra when checking in seems ridiculous. I understand it's refundable and will be returned a few days after you check out but I think keeping your card on file is enough security should anything be damaged.

Really convenient location and staff were very amicable re storing our luggage before and after check-in/out.

Stains on bedding

Central place of London close to the Metro and train stations

The room was located in the basement, which was not specified in advance. The single rooms were separated by plasterboard walls, so everything could be heard, and the entire room would shake whenever a door was closed. I also found a stain on one of the pillowcases that appeared to be blood.

The bathroom door did not stay closed, and it had to be held shut by hand while using the toilet.

Was okay for a one night stay

Room small bathroom even smaller the noise level at seven thirty in the morning was just a bit over the top.I think calling it a hotel is a bit too much.

The room how spacious it was, the bed was very comfortable, the heated floor

The staff at reception were very helpful - they even provided me with an international adapter so that I could charge my laptop during my visit.

The WiFi dropped out a few times, and there was no general area to work outside of the room, but overall, the stay was great quality for the price.

Amazing location near the station

The noise inside! Could hear everyone and everything from their rooms. People shouting loudly in corridors at midnight. Staff didn’t do a thing about it.

Nothing negative to highlight. The hotel met my last minute requirements for a place to rest after travel delays meant as stay was reported in London.
