Great food and great location. Extremely quiet lovely hotel

Clean, bathroom was modern. Pay upfront to quick departure.

Room was for 4, only left 3 cups and 3 biscuits. Asked for 4, next day only 3 again.Staff entered room in the afternoon without knocking when we were there. Beds uncomfortable. Paid for breakfast, poorly organised, very busy-had to queue then got seated in bar so had to walk up and down corridor to the buffet past the queue of people, narrow corridor-hard to avoid people and carry plate/cup. Next day even though we had paid for breakfast we went elsewhere as too busy. Don’t like having to fight for the buffet breakfast!Check-in staff not sure what to do and did not communicate with us.

Further away from Kings Cross station than I thought

Hotel is a bit of a walk from Kings Cross Station. But once you get there the hotel was good, clean and staff very welcoming, Beds comfy with a sofa bed for little one. Bedroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, with a big selection.

Despite booking a family room, there was no duvet for the additional bed. The view from the room, overlooked a flat roof. TV didn’t work in the room, as there was no signal.

Repeated same breakfast daily needs some change . Housekeeping and in room service speed needs MAJOR improvement !! It’s TOOOO SLOW / Forgotten ! Seems like short of staff

1. Queue required to get a breakfast restaurant seat on our first day was massive. Ditto lift wait times 2) Room service arrangements: In-room promotion of external food service was much more prominent than the internal restaurant service so we tried ordering externally. The food delivery never happened despite our online order being accepted and charged to our bank account. After 1 hour 20 minutes and 2 visits to reception I replied to the external service email address and immediately got a reply saying our money would be refunded (within 28 days). We went to bed hungry. Next morning we discovered we could have ordered from the hotel service ( the card for that is much smaller than the external service card). Also the external service instructions don't make clear that the hotel reception will call your room when the courier arrives there. Restaurant service redeemed itself second day when the hotel was quieter.

Regret staying here!

Too hot and the bedrooms! Was mislead by receptionist to park my car temporarily in the car parking bay at the hotel whilst I offload luggage. Since 31st Jan 2026 I have been issued with two £200 parking fines for the same car parking time and duration!

Great location.Breakfast was good and the value for money considering the central London was decent

Hotel looks great but the finer detail like the cleanliness needs attention. Black mould on the tiles in the shower cubicle. And general grouting us around taps, etc. The mattresses weren’t that comfortable. TVs weren’t smart

Friendly, helpful staff. Evening meal was excellent. Very clean in all areas. Fairly central to Kings Cross station, easy bus route.

The huge queue for breakfast but thankfully was upgraded to the club lounge. It appeared staff could not manage the amount of people ( half term week) the food and crockery needed constantly replacing for breakfast which I kept having to ask.

The air conditioning didn’t work correctly in the room and when it did come on it sounded like a tractor and stillthe room was very warm, we had to ask for a fan

The building the decor was great the staff were amazing nothing was a problem for them all very friendly very polite the selection at breakfast was out of this world the kitchen staff never stopped for breath all the food was pipping hot very fresh excellent and if they didn't have something you fancied they would try sort it for you

the menu for the restaurant didn't really accommodate little ones but what we did eat was great there were little areas of the hotel that let it down with maintenance and furniture for such a high end hotel eg repainting in areas of our room and some of the chairs in the bar needed recovering and were visible to the guests but everything else was great

The staff was attentive, but forgetful.

The restaurant food was bad. I had pizza margarita and pumpkin salad with tofu which was absolutely tasteless. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, and there was no space in the room at all.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was a reasonable price. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was a couple of bus stops away from Kings Cross station using the 63 bus. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean. Noise levels low and no issues with the stay.

Slow service for food and drinks and expensive but decent when arrived.

The hotel was great value for money. Great area and staff amazing room good size bed comfy and lovely bathroom. Food in restaurant very good.

This I thought to begin with wasn’t a big issue but due to weather had to wash hair. Very large full size mirror by door into the room but hairdryer in vanity unit plugged into draw and couldn’t move it and no mirror on vanity unit so very hard to dry hair had to use the tv screen. There definitely needs to be a mirror on the unit. Bathroom extractor fan noisy and didn’t work and loo could easily become blocked flush didn’t work very well. Had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant ordered cocktails but never came did get charged but were taken off when.paying bill.

Excellent concierge staff and clean rooms

Breakfast queue was long but the hotel was particularly busy this weekend.

The rooms are a bit run down and could do with an update/ refurbishment.

Great room, with good beds. Tea kettle was well hidden, but -when found- perfectlly adequate. Kind staff.Breakfasts was good and ample with enough choice to please everyone.

Breakfast was good , only issue tea and coffee self service station . I found walking with steaming hot water through busy breakfast room not very safe .
