Well located, clean and just what we needed for a night away. Reception staff professional and helpful.

Very clean accomodation and located in an important area of London (Shepherds Bush) weill connected with 2 underground lines (Central and Hammersmith - Circle line) and overground + many bus lines.

Nothing to be improved.

the property is worth the price rate! And what we like about it is that the location is too accessible to the train station and to the shopping mall. Nearby restaurants are also good. Overall we love the place.

Noise, pillows awful and lumpy, poor night sleep

Clean and comfortable room. Decent bed with very quiet air con.

As it was a basement room the water system has an electric pump to help it reach the mains, that was very noisy.

We love this hotel and recommend it for anyone for convenience if getting of at Hammersmith as it is just 2 stops away and right next to the tube station. It's the perfect location for shopping with Westfield 2 minutes down the road. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The lighting was very odd, you either had to have them all on very bright, or none at all, which wasn't great if you needed the bathroom in the night. Also could do with more sockets, next to the bed would be good. But overall the rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean.

Brilliant location (literally right next door to Shepherd’s Bush Market underground station)! The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Could do with some coat hooks and bedside table at both sides of bed.

Proximity to tube station, quiet and warm room, quick check-in/check-out, friendly staff, comfortable bed, very decent price. We only stayed 1 night.

Room was small, outdated, nothing like the images presented online, basic toiletries (not like the photos). It seemed like a basement room despite being located on ground floor. Room had a window but that led to an outside wall so there was no natural light whatsoever. We were meant to have a double bed but this was actually 2 single beds pushed together.

Good, clean, central and affordable.

Good location for the tube. Our room was on the ground floor which was good as I have a knee injury. It was great to have tea and coffe making facilities and there were complementary biscuits too. There was a bar by reception , very good if you fancied buying a drink.

There was no natural light in the room. There was a window but the curtains were closed as the outlook was a wall very close to the window. But we were there for just one night so it wasn't a deal breaker.The lighting in the bathroom and the bedroom was not great for putting on my make up.

The staff were very corteous, helpful and welcoming. Excellent location, safe at night. We didn't use the bar but appreciated its existence. Room was spacious. Five walls, two doors, everything really. Really big shower, bit hard to understand though. Great for three people. Not the shower. The room. The shower too, but individually. A great, fun stay.

Well. Hmm. Hump pillow. Also, no microwave. Not that we'd ever microwave a pillow. Maybe that's why they don't have 'em.... anyway, ignore us. Really great stay, good location, stellar staff, good value for dosh. If you're looking to stay in Shepherds, definitely recommend.

The location was good & there was a shop near by

My remote was not working so I couldn’t watch any tv and when I mentioned it to the staff they couldn’t do much about it as I assume they didn’t have any spare remotes and the room was freezing as you can’t set the temperature any higher then 15 degrees

All needed things were in the room like fridge, tv, air condition

Fantastic location and the hotel bar was also amazing. The rooms where very spacious. We had plenty of room to chill.

The room temperature was hard to control and there was no natural light so it was hard to tell the time in the mornings.

Great location for O2 ACADEMY,room was very quite and shower was good.

Location to the reason I was there.

Room too small bathroom far too small pictures of property very miss leading. Bed not very comfortable. Heating not responsive fan would not come on it was cold and turning up the temperature made no difference.

It is good value for a short stay. Room is clean and small but adequate for a solo traveller.

Drinking water not provided. Although you can’t hear much of the outside noise, you could hear your neighbours, and I couldn’t sleep much.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times. The room was clean at all times too.

The noise from rooms next to me. Also, there was a weird squeaky noise in my room midnight for all the time I slept there. The noise was coming from the side of the entrance around the fridge area. Felt creepy I couldn’t sleep well. Hence I scored comfortability low.

Pillows and mattress in general were VERY uncomfortable. Also the room was incredibly noisy due to the tube passing right next to the window
