Location. Near bus stop and underground station

Room was quite small. Shower was nice size, but water pressure and water temperature control was not good. Also, could not adjust room temperature to cool the room. Had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee

Staff incredibly welcoming and very helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

We thought we would have a coffee maker in the room and were disappointed that was not the case.

The location was perfect!

The furnishings were dingy and very used and stained. (We had a suite with a separate reception area) The carpet had large holes in it.

Excellent location to Gloucester Road tube and from there easy to get around London Friendly staff, hot cookies at the end of a busy day around London always a bonus

Incredible location, staff were lovely and room comfortable! We got upgraded to a suite on the day and staff let us check in early when we only enquired about using their storage room! Would definitely recommend and return!

room was good, spacious and quiet. Hotel was clean and tidy

staff on the reception could have been a bit friendlier, the ladywho checked us in barely smiled.There was a fire alarm which wasnt a test and the staff said nothing to any of the guests. we all just huddled in the back garden area until the staff went back into the building and we followed. No announcements or even just saying thank you its all ok now we can go back in etc. Not very professional.Had a meal in the restaurant which wasnt the restaurant advertised from outside of the hotel or online. The curry we ordered (which didnt come with rice!) tasted like a jar of sharwoods to be honest. Disappointing

Room is spacious, clean and modern.Hot water in the shower, nice view, located perfectly one minute from the Piccadilly line

The property was perfect and for one £150 in an amazing hotel can't complain it was in a perfect spot and would definitely stay there again. The staff were very welcoming and sorted our concerns straight again. Highly recommend.

Rare to find room with two beds in London so the kids weren't stuck on pull out sofas. Location was great for museums and tube!

Breakfast was expensive. Ended up going to local supermarkets and cafes instead

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect; it is within walking distance to the metro and museums, which made exploring the city very easy. I also loved that there are so many restaurants nearby offering different cuisines. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location for the underground station and museums. Comfortable spacious room with lovely shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Restaurant had very limited menu and food was not very good. Coffee wasn’t very good.

All 3 rooms were a good size and my wife & I were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. The cookie on arrival was a nice touch.

Some biscuits in the rooms. Otherwise there was nothing to fault.

The bedrooms were very good as was the breakfast choices. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is very well positioned, making museums and the Royal Albert Hall easily accessible.

There were a lot of small issues. The shower head fell while I was taking a shower, which was a bit dangerous. The bathroom is very dark so you don't see yourself well when shaving. The king bed is not a king bed but two beds assembled together, which makes it difficult to sleep with a partner. And I could not connect to the wifi. Not sure why.

Worst things was that there was a fire alarm and no announcements. It went off twice and so we went to evacuate and saw staff who said nothing to us. Once we made it to reception could see that front deck was still checking people in. Eventuality a random worker told us it was a false alarm. Very disappointing and unsafe. Room was a bit hot and some things were not well placed. Like in bathroom there is no where to hang towels.

Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect to move around easily.

If there something they could improve it would be the pillows. They weren’t comfortable.
