Pros +
- I was impressed with the tiny home vibe as space was used used really well, the room had items that much larger rooms don't - small fridge, ac unit, dresser etc. Breakfast is excellent and a highlight of the stay. And the location is great.
- Breakfast and the kindness of the man who runs the breakfast room
- Location and kind staff
Cons -
- Thought it was just small like average UK rooms but was smaller.
- The quadruple room is too small
- The smallest room i have ever seen. The water psessure on the 4th floor was very poor so we changed room. The room on the 1st floor was even smaller. Rooms were too hot and noise from the street came in because of the old windows.

The staff were all very pleasant and supportive. The breakfast was excellent. The room was small but adequate for a sole traveler with a clean and well equipped bathroom and the location was quiet but close to Paddington Underground access.Altogether a very good experience and I would go there again.
Room was small but not surprising in that area of London.
All was great. The lights in my room did not all function 100% but overall it was great!
Lighting fixtures in the bathroom and one lamp in the bedroom did not function.
Location was the best.
Luggage storage area is very small and they don't help with luggages at all.
Very Well located, very nice and kind staff, close to sub station,
Very small luggage room
Breakfast was fine, not much of a variety but there were enough for everyone's taste and the personnel was very polite. Also, the hotel location was great, in a safe neighborhood and pretty close to the basic sights.
The room was very small, we were a family of three and practical there was no space for us to walk in the room or leave our luggage. Also, the lights were very dim which was very uncomfortable at night and made it difficult working on my laptop.
Location. Lots of plugs. The elevator wasn’t working and the staff carried bags up stairs. Very accommodating.
Small bathroom
The location is the only good thing about this hotel.
The Elevator was out of service for 6 days, and when I checked out it was still out of service!!!The Rooms are extremely small. The window is always open because the auxiliary A/C Hose is going through the window!!The A/C compressor is inside the room next to the bed and you can not sleep because of the noise (noise of the A/C and noise of the open window). Some of the staff are careless, they stick their heads into the computer and they don’t even look at you or at any one enter or exit the hotel!!Now I understand why booking in this hotel is non-refundable.
Close proximity to Hyde Park, Lancaster gate tube station. Room was small but was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and varied .
All good . No issues
Location and staff
Guest place and the stairs are very guest, one person passes by on foot and you go up the stairs with bags, meaning the hotel has a star
Good location, price, breakfast was good. I had stayed in the hotel with my daughter and been very satisfied with the double room
The room was airless. Thank goodness for the fan. The bed was very high: if I had any mobility problems, it would not have been easy to get onto the bed
Good location.Helpful and friendly staff Very nice breakfast comparing to a typical breakfast served in the USA motels, where the food is disgusting.
It was clean n near underground paddington and lancaster station
The rooms were small. But it is to be expected.
This was the most affordable option near the city center with good reviews. I didn’t have high expectations, as the hotel isn’t new, but everything was clean. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. A good breakfast was also included in the price. All the staff were kind, and the food was tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay — great value for the money.
The room did get quite hot — the portable air conditioner couldn’t fully handle it, so I imagine it might be uncomfortable in the summer. Also, the shower head couldn’t be fixed in place, but that was a minor issue.
Room was very clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable, nice window, and the breakfast was really good.
The room and bathroom were very small. Found hair in the shower and in towels.
- Hotel location- Family room offer
- Room was cramped, it is not possible to pass each other.- Breakfast was very limited, and simple. No fresh juices, sausages were actually frankfurters, missing baked tomatoes and crispy potatoes as English breakfast.
Staff, location, comfortable breakfast all great
Lift small
Close to Paddington Station, good amount of breakfast, kind staff, comfortable beds
The water pressure was very low on the 3rd floor, rooms are very small
