Excellent location for exploring outside city centre. Room a little small but clean and comfortable, proabably needs an upgrade to modernise. Bed very comfortable.Lovely neighbourhood

Need USB type sockets. Need to remove bath for walk in shower - safer to usre foe all especially older people.

The central location and generally good service.

I was in room 311, the housekeeping ladies gathered outside the room to chit chat while charging their mobiles! Noise was a little distracting.

The neighborhood the hotel is in was very safe and close to lots of interesting parts of town, including the magnificent Hyde Park. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and taken care of really well. Delicious breakfast buffet.

The room sizes left a lot to be desired, especially for a taller guy like me (1.90m)—there was barely any room to move. Once my suitcase was open, I had to nearly jump over it. Same goes for the shower, it’s much too small to be comfortable.

I won’t stay at this hotel next time. Not worth the money

Room and bed is super small, carpet and bedsheet didn’t feel clean. Ceiling light was flickering often, no fridge, safe, toothbrush, slippers…

Single Room did not match booking description. Could not fit luggage in the room and open the room bathroom door. Room was musty and not well lit.

The rooms need to include amenities that are advertised (elevator service, microwave), and need to be able to fit guests’ luggage.

the location

The room was very small and the beds were very hard. There were conitinuous issues with the plumbing and wifi. No water pressure in the shower, water barely dribbled out.

great location, room was fairly clean and a bit small but that's to be expected. Friendly and helpful staff, we also got cookies every morning after room service, that was definitely the highlight for me :)

Our room heating didn't work at all, but we were provided with a separate heater when we informed the staff, the shower was also a little claustrophobic, so showering was a little stressful but it was definitely doable.

Location.

The beds were uncomfortable. They were on a platform and the platform was dirty.

Good choice for solo traveler. Value/price is good if you compare with other hotels. Location is not central but it is not far from the underground station. Also there are plenty of places to eat next to the station.

Rooms inhumanely small. Furniture + carpet too old. Too expensive for what it is. It is a 2 stars hotel.

We had a pleasant stay overall! The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the rooms.

The room itself felt a bit crammed, with limited space to store clothes or travel items. The wardrobe was also quite hard to access, and the breakfast area could use a bit more space, as it gets crowded during busy hours.

Weak and intermittent WiFi in the room. Carpet flooring not very clean.

Quality/Price is unmatched. I had the terrible experience of having my belongings stolen in the subway and every member of the staff was extremely helpful. ZeroComplains about the room and facilities. Will come back in future trips to London.
