Location, room lovely, clean and comfy room

No tea making facilities in room and service in bar very slow. Breakfast was only staffed by one person and plates ran out, tea ran out. Lifts quite slow.

Great location for Notting Hill, Kensington and Hyde Park area.Superb beds- large and very comfortable. Good size room. Quiet due to excellent glazing.Excellent breakfast for extra fee and coffee. Good bar.

No tea and coffee making facility in the room although there was a galley kitchen on each floor with these facilities.Not sure why there were two Bluetooth speakers in the room - one small and one massive

Great and interesting decor. Room and linen clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was healthy with excellent choice and good coffee. Location is very convenient for tubes, buses and trains. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Room size with just 1 upright chair for a couple. Hard corner of bed in tight space caused me to bang leg more than once. No evening meal option.

Comfortable large beds, lovely breakfast, nice staff. Quiet rooms (the ventilation/AC was a bit noisy before we got used to it).

The toilet/bathroom didn't feel very private.

The stuff was so friendly. The property was so clean plus the location. It’s an amazing location near to a lot of good shops.

2/3 lifts were not working for the whole stay - with only one working it could be a bit of a wait for the lift.

Wonderful hotel! The WOW room had a stunning city view, especially at night. The breakfast offered great choices and variety. The dining room was cozy and warm, with a nice street view. Excellent value for the price.

I get the eco-friendly approach to save water, but a little basic cleaning like making the bed would still be nice. That said, the hotel is spotless and really welcoming.

Location. The staff. The bar. The margaritas!

The ceiling in our room was concrete!

Near Notting Hill Gate

3 Elevators in the Hotel and only 1 working for 3 days. Then 2 of 3. Queue to get into the lift as a result. Imagine customers and cleaning ladies all having to use the same lift. Absolutely negative.

Great location, walking distance from Notting Hill Gate/Holland Park tube stations and overall close to central London. Also easy to get there from Heathrow Airport. Rooms are well equipped and very quiet despite having a noisy street outside the window. Breakfast is definitely a highlight, it was excellent and a great value for money! There's also a lovely common area for work, meeting with friends or just relaxing. I'll definitely come back again.

An odd high pitch noise appearing whenever we used the water in the bathroom. A tad annoying but not a deal breaker. At the lobby there was a possibility to rent umbrellas. I wish they had an option to rent power adapters too. At the moment you can only purchase one for £5. A reasonable price but I don't need to buy another power adapter that I will forget to bring with me on the next visit - I wish I could just rent one for 48h.

It was an amazing stay overall. We checked-in easily. Perfect location 100m to the tube, spotless clean room and great bathroom.

Even though we picked their biggest available room, it was a bit small. Definitely need more storage space, 1 small wardrobe is nothing for 2 people, we had to use our own luggage open on the ground for the entire stay. Some free amenities could be nice like slippers or a toothbrush. There were slippers in the vending machines for a small fee but it would be nice to include them in the room free of charge.

The location is great, and on the night that we stayed, we got a really good price.

The hotel computer system requires a lot of information. The staff were really friendly and helpful about it though.

Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the coffee and tea stations outside the rooms. Great value for money and ideal location.

Good location

Feels like it was probably a good hotel when it opened, but now just feels a bit tired, trying desperately to be cool, but ends up feeling a bit tacky. The bedrooms smell a bit musty and reek of bad decisions. Pretty average for the money, wouldn’t stay again.

Location is great, a sort walk from the Central Line at Nottinghill Gate and close to lots of restaurants etc. Bed is quite comfortable and I was upgraded so had enough space and a decent view over the city too.

There's quite a few little annoying things like no tea/coffee facilities at all in the room, so no cutlery, bottle openers or mugs for anything you might bring. There is boiling water and awful instant tea/coffee in the corridor with a vending machine that was actually mouldy so I couldn't bring myself to get anything from there. The TV was glitchy, sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Worst was that of the 3 lifts, only one was working. I was on the top floor so this was quite frustrating as I had a lot of luggage and had to wait a long time, every time.
