Hyde London City - St Paul's

Great location, comfortable and stylish with well appointed room, excellent restaurant. Thoughtful, caring staff - massive thank you to Rofitoz for his kindness and Mani for his help.

Restaurant, location, staff

The room was really small, no proper wardrobe, no place to put the bags. Bathroom was also pretty small but with nice design

The property is really pretty, I love how they decorated. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the bar had delicious cocktails (we didn't try the restaurant), and the location was pretty good. There was construction nearby, which messed up some of the bus lines, so we often took an Uber, which was easy enough!

The shower did leak out into the bathroom area, which wasn't ideal. They did provide slip on sandals though, which helped with the wet floor. There also weren't any hooks for wet towels, and though we were given hangers, there wasn't anywhere to hang clothing from, as the hangers sat just above the coffee machine.

Absolutely no storage for clothing - if you utilized the hangers your clothing draped into the coffee/tea making station

The rooms were designed perfectly and the bed was excellent. The personnel were super friendly

I would have liked some choice in the menu as I am not a lover of Turkish food

The breakfast is original as the restaurant is Turkish oriented.Very cleanThe staff is great and very welcoming

We were told that we got an upgrade but finally, we got a room for a person in wheelchair. If the bedroom is ok the bathroom was tailored for accessibility from a wheelchair, meaning sink is small and low, same for mirror.

Wonderful hotel in a brilliant location

The breakfast was not brilliant, you need to offer a full English or equivalent, to offer a breakfast option of two fried eggs and a few tiny pieces or poorly toasted bread isn’t good enough

Clean rooms and nice staff

The room and bed were a little too small. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom even when we tried to shower as careful as we could.

The breakfast was nice but you only get £25 each to spend on breakfast. Which in my eyes is a lot of money. However, you had to pay for tea & coffee, the breakfast was quite expensive for the amount that was served. It was hard not to exceed the £25 limit with a tea & coffee added too.

Stylish rooms, great location and very attentive service

Great location for a city trip, only there could be more space to store clothes, etc (no closet in the room)

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and facilities were good breakfast was fabulous. Reception staff brilliant they organised one room to be ready a couple of hours before check in so we could get ready for the Ritz. Superb service !

Background music at breakfast was maybe a little too loud !

Fantastic location. Close to St. Paul's tube station and Thameslink. Hotel reception staff were so nice and friendly at all times. The restaurant food was really good for dinner.Within walking distance of key tourist locations such as St. Paul's Cathedral, Millenium Bridge, Borough Market.

The air con worked but was slightly noisy even on the quiet setting. The standard room was on the small side but was well laid out.

Comfy, clean, and room has all the supplies I needed. I appreciate a proper coffee machine. Save for the off door slam in the morning it was very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Really good location, comfortable room

The bar area is not very cosy, and there’s no buffet for breakfast you have to order which I don’t like. I ended up going out and eating outside

Hotel is beautiful, well maintained, modern and very clean. Great amenities, and bed is very comfortable. In a great location, close to underground on the central line. Reception staff were lovely.
