Location was perfect, one road away from St Pancras. Place was clean enough and things had been washed for.I was upgraded for free from a single room to a double bed room.They had place couple of apple in the room. The place was quiet for a London busy location

Really close to Kings Cross station. Currently the road is closed so super quiet. Bottled water in room. Comfortable mattress.
Paper thin wall. Room next to me kept me up. Not well cleaned. Dust, hairs behind toilet flush. Water marks & toothpaste stains in shower room. Tea cup not washed properly.

My room was in the basement and had no window! I struggle slightly with claustrophobia and it was on my mind for a short time after settling in but the room in general and the air conditioning meant I felt settled later.

The temperature of the shower never quite reached a hot enough temperature and the drain was a bit blocked so was slow to empty.
