Very comfortable and pleasant overnight stay. The reception staff are so friendly and the room was very warm and spotlessly clean and there was a lovely shower. Thank you.

Couldn't get the air conditioning on as was feeling heat at some point. It should have been a bed and breakfast deal. Didn't like the idea of smoking at the entrance of the hotel as there is no smoke area in the hotel and it was a rainy day which is good for a quick fag.

The location

The all hotels haven’t been renovated probably since the forever. The shower joint were black , there was some badly patched mould stains on the bathroom ceiling. Although the places has at least 10 internet booster , in my first room none were working. You could hear your neighbours like you were in your rooms and you could hear every door slamming . and even the tv were at least 2 decades old . The first room I was in didn’t have a different switch for the bathroom and the toilet was always clogged. And the second one didn’t have a single bedside lamp. The small cooking area had a stove but no microwave ( make it make sense ) . I’ve been in hostels better than this hotel.

Lovely location and staff. Exactly what we needed for two days stay.

You can watch tv only while standing, not on the bed (you can't adjust the screen, so you basically can't see a thing while you lie on the bed).

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds with fab pillows. Towels were changed daily and the room was serviced. Would definitely stay here again.

You couldn't turn on the bathroom lights at night without putting on main lights , which is the switch when you come into the room. Could have done with a good clean behind bathroom sink, which you noticed when sitting on toilet.

A lovely room with a nice little kitchen if you want to cook your own food. The bed was very comfortable. In a great location with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

On Booking.com it says parking must be reserved, but when I contacted the hotel to book my parking i was told it was done on a first come first served basis.

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it and the staff are nice too. The sash windows in the room wgere nice and original

The bed was not comfortable, and there were no soft furnishings, not even a lamp. The TV was broken and we left a night early, we are early risers and like to have the news on, we did report it but it wasn't replaced. Also we stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and if you are a little on the larger side you'll not manage in the bathroom it is so tiny.The water out of the tap was also warm which ever way we turned it

We have stayed here several times with work. It is really good value, the staff are very pleasant and professional. We will see you again soon.

The hotel was in a very good location. It was within walking distance of many places and close to public transport stops depending on the weather. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

Pretty hotel in fascinating zone. Comfortable and well organized room with cooking zone, soft bed, flat tv screen. In general, complete equipment.Recommended for quality on cheap price. See you soon and thanks

A bit narrow bathroom

Location, nice firm mattress, warm and cosy room

I understand the cleaners have a job to do, but they could be quieter for the people that don't leave hotel until 12 midday

Good location, easy check in and good value for money would definitely stay again.

Really liked the layout of the three person room. It was also well equipped with the small kitchen.

The bed was a bit hard but it wasn’t uncomfortable. We were in a below ground room and it was a bit cold.

The area and location are great, and the staff were fantastic - very accomodating. Close to Bayswater shops and 2 tube spots - Bayswater and Queensway. Paddington station is also not far - easy 20min walk. We enjoyed our stay in this area and the staff were always lovely and welcoming when we walked in..

The heating was below par unfortunately. The mould had been cleaned but still present in our shower which wasn't overly appealing. Rooms were cleaned and restocked really well with care taken with our things which we really appreciated. Our room was quite noisy and quite light so if you need little noise to sleep ask for a room away from reception and the staff carpark.

It was a lovely way to see the new year. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. The reception staff are really friendly and welcoming. Thank you
