In room breakfast excellent, perfect, hot boiled eggs with soldiers. Lovely pastries. Lots of coffee.Very quick service, super staff.

Excellent upper class property,a real 5 star luxury hotel.Large,elegant room,everything was working and cleabn.We were upgraded,which is always a plus.Very aristocratic and opulent environment,amazing location excactly between Mayfair and Knightsbridge.Very nice Cigar lounge on the lower ground floor.

Although breakfast was offered inside a very beautiful room,the strickt a la carte system without any kind of buffet,always makes it look “poor” and limited.A combination of a la carte and some buffet always works better for the customer.We had a major disturbance during our stay,which in effect ruined everything else.We were “hearing” the room next to us,which means we could hear the neighbors TV and them talking,till 02:00 in the morning.The noise was coming through the air duct right over our bed.We could not sleep till 02:00 in the morning when the neighbors went to sleep.The problem was that they did not shout or anything! It was normal talking and room noise,but when you hear the next room at this level of noise in your room….that is a problem!When you pay 1.000£ + per night,you expect privacy and to be able to rest and sleep.Everything else comes after that.This was really unacceptable and this experience will deter us from ever booking again in this very nice hotel,out of fear that this may happen again.

I was belatedly celebrating my 70th birthday & found some treats in my room upon arrival. I felt that all the staff were excellent but Raffaela & Ronald went above & beyond to give me an exceptional experience.

I found the Japanese-style lavatory difficult to work out at first & would have liked a card with detailed instructions on it.

A really great and exceptional hotel with great, luxurious old English furnishings. Top location. Very competent, helpful and friendly staff, whether at check-in/out, entry, restaurant/bars, concierge. Around the clock 24/7 customer service. Great cigar terrace with a very well-stocked humidor. I was overwhelmed and will only stay there when travelling to London.

The room had a weird pipe noise that kept going off at 1:30 am. I told the front desk the first night and showed them videos of the noise. They didn’t fix anything and it went off the next night too. It was an awful experience

No real atmosphere. Very impersonal. Not every one’s ’cup of tea’ but if you like being waited on then this is the place to go.

This was overall the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot overstate how incredible their service is. The location is perfect, the staff are incredible, the food and drinks are excellent. The bar, restaurant and spa/ fitness facilities are perfect. The photos show that the decor is old fashioned but yet they are also modern with I pads to operate everything in the room such as lighting and temperature and to order room service or butler. Of course the room has beautiful linens and very comfortable beds. We were extra pleased to be given a room with a bath tub/ larger bathroom as another in our group had a standard bathroom and it is on the smaller side.

Breakfast and attentiveness of the staff were amazing as ever.

The pool was closed for a clean so we had to walk to another hotel.

the only thing we are not ok is that the vallet parking is not so good. when we return the car to our car rental, there are all scratches around the car and we pay huge damage cost to the service. we do not take any photo before we give the car anyway but we are very confident that the scratches is not from us. everything else is perfect!

Amazing hotel with beautiful decoration and interior design. Breakfast is superb!

It has a real royal feel to it, the staff are so accommodating and are great with children.

The only thing is the service can be a tad slow at times, and the iPads in the rooms were broken due to a technical fault. The curtains are controlled on the iPad as they’re are electrical so it was a real struggle to pull them shut.
