The three bedroom suite was very large. There were enough beds for 10 people. Full kitchen and washer/dryer were a bonus. Location is a 5 minute walk from metro stop and two of grocery stores within a 5 minute walk from apartment. Will stay there again.

Hard to find the front staff from time to time, but were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and perfect location!

We can not say enough great things about staying at The Mansions. It is our go-to London accommodation! From extremely helpful and personable staff, to great apartments that are comfortable and clean, to a great location with several wonderful restaurants nearby (The Blackbird and Masala Indian) and Earls Ct Rd tube station just down the street. We will be back on our next stay in London!

We had a lovely stay! The hotel location was very convenient. Super easy to get to. We had a studio apartment which was really nice. Very clean and comfy. The reception was always open and promptly assisted us when we needed.We would definitely stay again!

The bed was a bit small, but otherwise we didn't have any issues!

We stayed in apartment 1C (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and had an outstanding experience.• The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos.• Reception staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.• Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and fresh.• The location is ideal — just steps from Earl’s Court Station, with cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants all around.• Despite being central, it was quiet and very comfortable, with excellent beds and reliable Wi-Fi.• Elevator access made luggage easy, and management was attentive throughout our stay.It truly felt like a home away from home — highly recommended, and our sincere thanks to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality.

The only small downside was the absence of a bidet hose in the bathrooms, which would have made the experience even better.

Perfect location, clean, spacious. Nice living room and full kitchen.

The one adaptor in the unit was inside a ziplock bag and was old and sticky. They should replace that one.

Spacious and clean!

Pillows were thick, but this is just a personal preference of having a thinner pillow..

The location is very convenient, near Earl's Court Station and several small grocery stores.The staff is exceptional.The kitchen is relatively well-stocked. We could cook for a family of four with few limitations.We were not planning on using the fold-out bed in the living room, but ended up doing so when someone began snoring too much.Walking from the lodging to either the V&A or to Kensington Gardens is a pleasant walk. Besides passing many nice restaurants and cafes, we saw a number of real estate offices whose advertisements in the windows attested that the price we were paying for these lodgings was quite fair.

We did not sleep well the final two nights of our stay. A family with three small children arrived at the apartment above ours, and then mornings began at 6am with ongoing running and thumping. So when you arrive, ask for an apartment with no guests above you!

Very nice property. It’s definitely dated but comfortable.

Wi-Fi was awful. If you are counting on it for work or family I wouldn’t recommend this property. Did not work 90% of the time and staff could not fix. Top floors where we stayed clearly need WiFi extenders/upgrades.

Great location, wonderful staff, great facilities.

Lacked A/C and we could only open the windows about 3 inches, which made the flat quite hot.

Perfect London location, nice and spacious property. Daily cleaning service. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms need bleach to remove old scam and mold in the corners, but otherwise are very clean.

Excellent location in Earl's Court. Rooms were clean and staff were alway very friendly and accommodating.

I wish there was AC, but I know that's not common especially in a historic property. The staff did provide fans and the open windows helped.

The location was fantastic. A few minutes walk from Earls Court Station. Plenty restaurants and bars and shops nearby. Beautiful apartment, clean quiet and fantastic staff extremely helpful. Nothing negative about this apartment ?

We loved the fact the beds were made and the rubbish was taken away every day. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. The Temple Spa products were much appreciated too! Will on reception was absolutely fantastic too! He carried our bags and was exceptionally helpful with all our queries so thank you Will!

The sofas could have been comfier but I'm clutching at straws as really they were absolutely fine, we just pulled them round so we could both relax on one each but still be near each other :)

It's less than a quarter mile from Earl's Court Underground Station. The Picadilly and District lines run through the station making it so easy to get almost anywhere in Central London with the fewest possible changes.

The website makes it difficult to see what a specific apartment looks like, but the three apartments we stayed in were more than adequate for my group of 22.
