The comfy beds and the decor. The price and location was very good.

The room was too cramped for 3 adults and the bathroom was tiny. No hooks in the bathroom for towels / toiletry bags.

Moved to a lower ground room as have mobility issues. Staff very helpful Close proximity of Bayswater Tube Station

No hotel lift which in full season would have made it very difficult for me to reach 3rd floor

This hotel is in a prime location! Super close to the underground station. Right next to Hyde park. Excellent spots around the hotel for essentials

The only downfall of the place was the space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for 3 people but other than that it was perfect

Simple,affordable, within 3 minutes of Bayswater Tube,spotlessly clean room ,loads towelsand shower ,really comfortable beds, excellent for a 1 or 2 night stay ,tea and coffee provided.

Room was slightly small but no big deal,no lifts,but again,for me,not an issue as only light baggage

A lovely room and fantastic location. The staff were brilliant. Friendly and helpful. They helped us with taxis, underground and recommended places to eat.

Homely, comfortable and clean. Early check in and day of checkout we could leave our luggage so we could go exploring and collect it on the way back home. Very close to a tube station, shops and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again

The AC/heating was a little difficult to manage and get the temperature right. But I was too tired to ask for help. I am sure the staff would have helped if I’d have asked

Room was clean & tidy. Perfect for our two night stay in London

The bed was really comfortable. The room is exactly like the photos. The shower room is clean and the shower is lovely and warm.

Great location, close to all amenities and very close to tube station. Very friendly staff and had tea coffee facilities in the room.

In need of new windows, window frames were rotten which meant it was really cold on arrival and such a breeze coming from the windows.

Rooms are small but clean and good bathroom.

On 3rd floor and no lift. Coming down the stairs felt a tad narrow. No regular channels had been scanned on the tv.

Excellent hotel in London. Very clean, well maintained and perfectly located, just steps away from several Underground lines, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. What really stands out is the staff: genuinely kind, helpful and always smiling, making you feel welcome from the first moment. A great place to stay and one I would happily choose again.

The location is good. Out of town but with both a tube stop round the corner & a bus stop over the road. The hotel is what you pay for. The room was clean, functional & beds were comfortable. The room was cold but there was a heater. There are eateries within the local high street - less than a minutes walk.

Could do with decor updating. The room was functional but with 3 people in 1 room - space was at a premium! It’s basic - but for 1 night in London was perfectly OK!

I didn't like anything

This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I would strongly advise against staying here.Upon arrival, the room had an immediate and overwhelming smell of an old, unventilated building. I attempted to open the window for fresh air, only to discover that it was permanently blocked. The staff informed me that nothing could be done and that moving me to another room was impossible due to full occupancy. As a result, I was forced to spend the night in a room with an unbearable odor.Cleanliness was extremely poor. There was dust everywhere: on surfaces, on the carpets, and even on the decorative green blankets placed on top of the bed. While the bedsheets themselves appeared clean, placing filthy, dust-covered blankets on top completely defeated the purpose.There was no proper heating system apart from the air conditioning. When I turned the AC on, it blew out visible dust, making the situation even worse. I spent the night breathing a combination of smells and dust, which was unacceptable.For the second and third nights, I was moved to another room with a functional window. Unfortunately, all the other issues remained exactly the same: dust everywhere, dirty carpets, and the same lack of proper cleanliness. The hotel claims to provide a hair dryer, but the one in the room was visibly dirty and full of dust, making it unusable.As compensation for the first night, the hotel reimbursed me £15. Given the conditions and discomfort endured, this felt more like an insult than a genuine attempt at compensation.As a direct result of breathing in so much dust, I developed significant nasal irritation, which prevented me from sleeping properly during my stay and continued for three days after I had already left the hotel.This accommodation fails at the most basic standards of cleanliness, air quality, and guest comfort. No compensation can make up for the health impact and lack of care shown.

It was conveniently located near a tube station, however for two days of our day, that station was closed. It didn't really matter as there is another station super close by (>10 minute walk)

The walls are very thin so staff had to tell us to be quiet 2/3 nights. The floors are also creaky due to age of the building.

For a central London hotel, within two minutes walk of a tube station this hotel was fantastic! 24/7 staff available ( and so lovely), air conditioning and the comfiest beds ever we would not hesitate to stay here again! As expected the rooms aren’t overly spacious, but perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room to get ready and relax after a busy day in the city!

Very comfortable bed, modern fixtures, renovated bathroom, cool A/C. Staff was helpful.

Very small room and lots of little details overlooked. No tissue, safe, towel hook/rack, toilet paper holder. The mirror was over the toilet and not the sink, which was a strange choice. And the a/c unit was great but it has a little indicator light that emitted enough light to be distracted since it was directly over the headboard.
