Location! Great breakfast included and very friendly staff

Noisy but that comes with such a great location

The main host was absolutely amazing in going above and beyond to help us in anything we asked and more. He even placed an order on Amazon for something we needed and it was delivered the next day! We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Found the walls to be thin between neighbouring rooms.

It's quite, breakfast is good, staff are helpful, beds are very comfortable and clean

the Wifi signal is too weak, can't get anything done, but the staff relocated us to a better place with Wifi

It is a small room, as is typical for European hotels but the bed was comfortable and the shower great. Met our expectations.

The room is underground, and right next to a public restroom for all guests and staff¿ had to open luggages on the bed since the room is too tiny¿ Wouldn¿t spend so much money for this room if these information was disclosed in the booking details¿

The long staircases to get to your room. There were no elevators.

How clean and comfortable the room was and location was great.

The stairway was very narrow.

It was very clean, and had a nicer feel overall.

We couldn't figure out the controls for the Air Conditioning, so our room was very cold during our stay. We also never asked the staff for help with that, so you could say it's our own fault we were so cold.

The hotel was not in the zone advertised, was not a 3.5 star hotel and the room was so small it was not fit for purpose, I left without staying the night

bed, bathroom fan was broken and made an awful racket. Cleaning staff ignoring the do not disturb sign. Staff inflexibility about check out time within an hour of set time.

The location was superb, 2min drive from Sloane Square.

The breakfast was very very basic, slices of cheese, and meat, cereal, and store bought croissants. Coffee came of a vending type machine, super watery. The bathrooms are new, but nowhere to hang towel. Extra blankets, we think were actual tablecloths.

The stairs going down to our room were very steep and narrow, difficult to do with luggage.

The room was Hertfordshire fornus. It was a little smaller than we expected, but overall, it was very nice.

Nothingness to say. It was very nice.

Disgusting hotel. Walked in the room and walked right back out to find another hotel. Waste of $---
