Entrance, room was tiny, dirty, not fit for purpose. Shower was scalding and floods

The location is great with a few minutes walk to buses.

It didn’t look like the photos. The shower blocked and overflowed. The radiator didn’t work for 2 days and I was freezing. Because there is no staff onsite, the issues didn’t get resolved immediately. It makes the whole experience of staying at the property negative. I would not recommend it to any one.

Snoring from next door kept...

I could hear the guy talking and snoring in the next room, thin walls. Would have appreciated more privacy.

Cheap, functional, clean, comfortable

Check in very difficult. I’ve stayed at many receptionless hotels but this one needs improvement. If you book it last minute and arrive after the pub closes at 10pm you will struggle to gain entry. The email with entry details arrives hours later, if at all. I’ve stayed here three times now and I would love to give them a better rating as it’s comfortable and the staff are great.

Wooden sections protruding at foot of bed caused us to bump our legs on several occasions. Can these be dealt with please?Bed was comfortable but mattress sagged a bitMay I suggest you amend your check in instructions - the front door was not obvious to find as it is not on Allitsen Road. It would be helpful to mention that it's connected with the New Inn and that the door is on Townshend Road.

Location was great

Mould in bathroom, Loud music from pub downstairs which kept us awake until 12pm. Loud banging constantly from doors downstairs. A really disappointing stay would not use booking.com again

quick access to transportation and restaurants in the area. Quick & simple access to property.

pub and restaurant on the ground floor makes the stay loud for light sleepers.

Overall the room was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. Located in a nice area not far from restaurants and pubs. Perfect distance for us from the hospital.

The pounding music from the restaurant/bar below. If you are a late sleeper this should be ok as music stopped 10:30pm and 11pm but I had surgery next day first night so not ideal. Did message owner who did get the music turned off and was very apologetic but it was exactly the same the next night. We did wonder if it was louder than usual as they may have been having Christmas parties being 19/20 Dec. Maybe a room on the 2nd floor would have been better as we were on the 1st floor right over the restaurant.

Great location in a residential suburb near St Johns Wood tube, Primrose Hill and Regents Park; nice shower room. Great value for money. Wifi was good. Fridge in the room.

I had a Queen Room which was a bit cramped and in common with these kind of non-staffed 'hotels' the decor was plain; no hanging space in the bedroom (though lots of hooks in the bathroom) and no desk space (though there was an armchair). I'd consider trying one of the bigger rooms if I came again.

It was a bed and a shower

It looks NOTHING like the photos! Thete is nothing "boutique" about this place. Ive literally stayed in barracks that were more comfortable, spacious and well appointed. If you're looking for a bed and a shower, it's fine. If you're looking for anything else, including somewhere to sit, keep looking!

A well priced hotel in a great part of london. Check in instructions were clear and 24/7 which is another plus. The shower in the Wellington suite was superb.

It's not a boutique hotel, but it's also not priced as one so I went into this eyes wide open! The windows are very old and didn't really damped the sound of the (quiet) street or help stop the relentless british winter.

Good location, spacious clean room. it was our second stay here and didn’t disappoint.

Nothing really the tv didn’t work (looked like the connector was broken) but it didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.

Terrible showerVery tired decor

No people to checkin, room was ok once you got around the keys and process to get to the room. But otherwise clean and simple. Not the biggest hotel rooms but for a day or so all good. The location is central and the bed comfortable but I wouldn't want to spend a long time their as not much space, the bathroom was bigger that the room. But overall good place to rest your head.

The checkin process, finding the key and where to go, not simple and a little unconventional but overall ok. Id get an uber rather than walk as its further than you think and it's best to be safe.
