I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.I was impressed by the great attention to detail to ensure our comfort and that everything we might need was available in the room.I loved the spaciousness of the room, and most of all, I appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are big and comfy. And the most important that the bathroom has a bidet.

So far everything was amazing and will definitely come back !

Perfectly located, super friendly staff, great restaurants and outstanding gym/pool facilities. Just perfect.

this was my second time at the peninsula in london and i have no words for this hotel, its pure heaven, great service, spa, pool,.. love it!!!!!!

Location, clean and posh rooms

Triple charged me at checkout for breakfasts, double charged me and my friends (stayed in a different suite) for dinner. Did not help with luggage upon arrival - had to go inside to ask for help. Very low level service quality overall.

Everything! Especially the staff, they were amazing. Margaux and Isaac especially. We are used to 5 stars such as Ritz, Bristol, Corinthia and so on but the staff at the Peninsula in London is another level. The room was also very spacious and attention to detail spectacular. Plus they gave nice things for our dog to stay in the room, bed, bowls, leash, treats, towels, minéral water, dog menu…

Service, cleanliness, breakfast and lunch in lobby were excellent.

Perfect location. Very good breakfast. All the staff at reception, especially Mathew & Zoe, Irem at PR, Ann at breakfast room, all the staff at front door were extremely professional and kind and supportive.

I would suggest the variety of pillow softness and hardness to be increased.

The room was great but the view wasn’t.We had hoped to be overlooking the Wellington Arch

We came for Valentines weekend and we were looking forward to using the spa and pool together, but we discovered that the saunas were in the separate changing rooms and the men’s wasn’t working. This was very disappointing and when I asked a member of staff if there were shared facilities, I was told ‘no for cultural reasons’ I was quite surprised by this comment as this is London and the British culture does not permit couples sitting in a sauna together.The service of the breakfast was terrible and after 3 attempts we finally got the correct breakfast.It wasn’t great for the price, but the restaurant manager didn’t charge us as we had waited so long.

Staff are so so so friendly! Especially the Lebanese receptionist Isaac — many many thanks to him! He made our stay so special, I did not thank him in person but he is so professional! Service is impeccable. Will stay again definitely!

This time the cleaning disappointed me

The location is amazing, the gym was amazing too. The staff are very polite.

This is my fifth or sixth stay at the hotel. This time I was disappointed by the toilet in my room 611. The power of the water in the toilet seat was low and the cleaning of the room, attention to detail was missing like ( refilling used stuff, etc ). Also at few times there was a very bad smell in the gym. Also, response to phone calls from room was very this time and slow. I am worried that quality drops.

The food was freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was a memorable culinary experience.5.Winter and Christmas Vibes:The festive winter and Christmas ambiance was magical. The decor, lighting, and atmosphere created a warm and cozy environment, making my stay feel truly special and unforgettable.6.The Spa:The spa at The peninsula Hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced. From the calming ambiance to the exceptional quality of treatments, it was a truly rejuvenating experience and a standout feature of my visit.

Every thing was amazing the check in was smooth and gorge was rely great.
