Hotel 65

This was our second stay at this hotel. It was great experience. They told us about their new building and we stayed at that and it was wonderful. Location is good , there are two underground entrance on the street and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Restroom was a little bit narrow

Close to the location where I was studying. A good selection restaurants nearby. Place was very clean. Liked having tea/coffee in the room.

The staff was friendly.

The room is extremely small; I could barely open my luggage. I stayed for only two nights, so it was bearable. Also, the bed sheets were not clean. If you just need a place to sleep and shower for a couple of nights, go for it.

Very good renovation job with excellent facilities, location & value for money.

Good location. Clean simple rooms. Comfortable beds. A surprisingly varied breakfast. Not just baked goods and coffee. Friendly staff. Fridge in the room. Room service even with a 2 day stay.

The cleaning of the room could be improved

Room was spacious. Great location. Everyday there was room service. When there was an issue with the room, they sorted it out immediately.

There was maintenance work going on in the morning and it was very disturbing. The room was dusty, enough to trigger dust allergies.

The staff was very helpful, I had a problem and he helped me to solve it. The bed is quite comfortable, and my opinion is value for money is acceptable. The location is very nice, near to the undergrounds.

Unfortunately the room was very noisy, because it locates next to the other side of reception, so every morning about 8 was very loud conversation. There is an old building. Therefore the noise of pipes came through the walls, and the ( i suppose) alleviator used behind the room whole night, made beating. Due to these reasons the room is absolutely unsuitable for relax.

Location was very good, there is a bus stop right outside. The bathroom was modern and very clean. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The digital security locks were obviously very new and up to date.

The room was tired and in need of updating, we had a triple room: 1 bed the feet were missing which meant it was hard to move (relevant later), on another the divan had rips in the side. The pillows were so flat/thin that we need to take pillows from the other bed. There were no bedside tables so you had to place spectacles etc on the floor. There was a kettle, tea & coffee etc yet no plug socket nearby so the kettle had to be boiled on the floor - not very safe (tea/coffee/milk also weren't replenished for our 3rd night). The room cleaning was not good - some food we'd placed in the bin was dropped and left in the middle of the floor when we returned (making a mess on the carpet), when we were able to move the bed without feet we found sweet wrappers on the floor, also a previous guest's key card was behind a chair, its weird that the bathroom was spotless but the room was barely touched tbh.

Pretty close to the place where I was studying. I was on the first floor, as I have a knee problem. It was nice and clean. Nice to be able to have a coffee by the bedside.

The first night the radiator didn’t work all night as it was very cold outside. This was ok the second night.

Good location. Close to metro station.

The room was facing the street, it was like sleeping in the street. It was sooo noisy. The heating was temporary. Sometimes I was freezing. The towel was disgusting. There were some hair from someone else in our towels.

Very good location and equipped area, full of restaurants, coffee and shops. There is a nice bakery in front of the hotel. It's very easy to get public trasports to go to the city center. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Very good choice.

No heat did not work they left my room door rooms propped up by chair alll my things could of been stolen .;tikes did. Not clean the room or leave me clean tools . The owner as no Shamar like the happened did not care did not offer any compensation.the pillows were cheap flat pillow made my neck and back hurt .twin skinny bed I could barely fit on very uncomfortable bed did not sleep barely at all the entire was there do school .left tire a s warm out .i should of gottom my money back for this crap place .the owner lack of concern an excuse was the top of the cake .i would not recommend this place with 10th or pole.i have been to 42counttid and never stayed in such place like this before EVER!!!

Location was perfect! Staff were really helpful, room was perfect for my short stay.

The breakfast was a bit odd , said was continental but was a random choice of foods.
