Nice staff, good breakfast

Very small room and central controlled air made the room hot.

I appreciated the cleaniless of the room, the location and the friendliness of the staff

The bed was too small !

The location is perfect, 5-7 minutes from the Paddington station. Helpful and friendly staff, shower room was ok, comfortable bed.

No elevator and no fridge in the room (not mentioned in the description), rooms are not soundproof (you can hear your neighbor).

There is no lift, so carrying heavy bags up several flights of stairs is an issue if you have mobility issues. I dont feel comfortable when there is only one way in and out, up/down a narrow convoluted staircase, what would happen in case of fire?The pillows were awful,personally I like soft feather pillows.

I love this hotel, it was already my second stay. Clean, warm, comfortable, a big bathroom. The location is superb, and the staff, especially Jerry, are lovely.

The only tiny problem is that it can get noisy in the street in the morning. Generally, it is a very quiet street, but on my last day I guess it was a garbage collector who was making a lot of noise for good 15 min on Sunday morning.

Very convenient location as it is very close to Paddington Station. Room was spacious and very clean. Great restaurants and cafes on the same street.

Our room was on the third floor but this was quickly changed for us at check in given our heavy suitcases.The location was really good for Paddington station.Our room was compact but had everything we needed for a one night stay.The area around the hotel felt safe.Breakfast was perfect with lovely French cheeses, fresh fruit and yogurts in addition to the hot breakfast items.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nice locality, close to the tube and train station (the tube 5-10 min, train station 10-15min). Ideal for short stays with a lot of sightseeing.Room was ideal for two people but not for more.Basic hygiene products were offered (travel size soap, travel size shampoo and conditioner)

Bed was on the smaller side (more than 182 cm won't fit comfortably)Room is pretty tine good for sleeping but not for longer stays.At the start few spots were dusty (kettle, container for tee and coffee packs).Not for light sleepers - earplugs recommended (not a busy street noise but noises from AC and other guests).View from the window was nothing special (not greenery or anything but a lot of buildings and roofs)

Personal Information got sold to scammers. Been harassed by scammers on WhatsApp. Room was tiny, couldn’t even open the suitcase. Sink was so tiny, water got splashed everywhere no matter how careful you are. No elevator. Did not clean the room for one day although we are staying for a over a week there.

The room is spacious for a single person. It is very tidy and with air conditioner and kettle. I can pack my stuff easily after opening the suitcase, still have many space.Also the neighbouring area is quiet, but with acceptable level of business activities. Therefore I felt comfortable when going back to hotel at night.The hotel is close to Paddington station and Lancaster Gate station. A walk to Hyde Park is also ok!

No lift in the hotel, a bit difficult to move my luggage downstair, but understand that it may be due to old building.

The hotel said their system was hacked and didn’t let me check in. Up to now I didn’t get any refund.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean. I had a very comfortable good night sleep

I was in the basement room, the room above me had noisy guests.
