the room was like a hox ,no space to walk,keep luggage,pictures on internet are totaly diferent than realety.room service,clean bed,and bathroom ,dont vacum carpet,we stay 3 nights and same dirt was on the floor,as my husband suffer from sinus,it was bad for him.

A disappointing stay due to...

We stayed here for one night and unfortunately had a very poor experience.When we entered the room, the bed linen was wrinkled and had visible hairs, which immediately made us question whether the sheets had been changed at all. This was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially given the brand and price level.The staff offered to change the linen, but by then we no longer felt confident about the overall cleanliness of the room, so we decided not to stay and booked another hotel instead.The hotel later refused to refund the night, despite the cleanliness issue.Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, as basic hygiene expectations were not met.

The breakfast and breakfast service was good. Cleaner was very helpful when our room door lock stopped working and the maintenance man was prompt and effective in sorting the problem.

The room was a little small with lack of storage space for suitcase and no flat drawer space to hold clothes.

The room is exactly as portrayed. Cosy, small fit (but incredibly budget friendly and all I needed was clean and quiet). Despite being small it is well designed with all that I needed:ironing board, coffee, kettle, safe and TV. Very clean and quiet and I liked that I could open the window slightly. The only down side is that being on the 8th floor, the water pressure was not great. I didn't opt for breakfast but it looked good. Receptionist were super friendly and recommended the local pub with a 10% discount ( which I utilised and was great!)

We kept getting the most horrendous smell filtering into the room. It was just like a stink bomb from yesteryear. It actually made my wife sick. Would also come through in the middle of the night and wake us up. I did mention it to the reception. It would’ve been a 5 star review but this ruined the whole experience

the front desk was FANTASTIC! They took pity on us on Christmas day and treated us brilliantly. We are grateful for how well we were accommodated and for VOCO's kindness.

For a four star hotel in London by Intercontinental I expected much more !

It was bad the room too small for 2 person

Too small And the last 2 days the house keeper didn’t clean my room although I’ve put the signs for cleaning

The location was very good and central. The staff were courteous and professional, there was a restaurant set up downstairs where you could order your food and eat there.

The rooms are very small, a "cute"size.

Beautiful room, comfortable, great value for money

Not very noise proof and heard neighbours arriving at 3am in the morning but thanks to the comfy bed we fell straight back to sleep.

Room was tiny. No cupboards, had to store suitcase under the bed. The staff would sometimes be outside smoking, leaving the desk unattended. The dinning space was too small for the number of guests Very poor bar selection. Certainly not the 5 star hotel NZR led us to believe we were booking - more like a 2 or 3.
