Super friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness, the perfect location and superb value for money.

Great location near the subway station, nice and friendly staff. They prepared our room in advance because we arrived earlier than the check-in time. I'm very grateful for that. Overall the room was clean and the beds were cozy. I really enjoyed my stay and will come here again in the future.

Maybe a small fridge to store drinks or snacks in the room would be nice, but this is only my preference. The electric kettle had a weird smell so I didn't use it. Maybe it should've been better cleaned.

The location is close to the underground and two main roads, where there are great food options. The room and shower room were exceptionally clean and bedscwere comfortable. All staff we talked to at reception were friendly and a couple of requests we had were sorted with no problem. We were able to leave our luggage when checking out so we could do more exploring without it until it was time to head for the airport. My friend and I highly recommend this hotel.

Only very small con is the small shower room and shower, but it was perfectly adequate and worked fine. If you are 6' or over you may struggle.

The shower was SO small! Could barely turn around. But water pressure was good.

The staff were very friendly, it was very clean, good value for money, great location, will book again in slightly warmer months

The heating was switched on after 5pm until around 11-12am, you had to use small radiator before and after these hours

Was exactly what I needed for a trip to London. And was comfortable enough to work (on computer) from my room. Clean, a comfortable bed, lovely staff and great location. And excellent value for money. Will be back.

Really nice please in a very convenient location since two subways were near by so you easily have access to London center and other places!! Really easy to find it and also to go from the airport there! It doesn’t offer breakfast , but nearby (500m ) has supermarkets and also nice restaurants to go and enjoy food or pubs for English breakfast and beers!!!! The building is nice specially for the money you pay! It’s a really nice place to stay for few days if you want a place low cost and good! Room was small but for London and how buildings are for me was fine! I mean too people fit there with no problem! The mattress of the bed was really good too. Also everyday they cleaned the room and brought new towels - which I love when hotels do that! I personally give 9/10 for my experience for the place and how it is and 10000/10 for the staff working there!! Katerina was amazing and so so helpful she was the best host I have seen !! Calm, nice and always with a smile! She really helped with my reservation problem and always talked and smiled to us!!! Katerina,dziękuję Ci za wszystko!

Excellent location (very close to Earl's Court Underground Station), friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is also extremely clean. I'll be back quite soon and recommend it to other travellers.

Clean and quiet, well located and with very friendly and helpful staff

Perfect location especially for royal Albert hall but very close to earls court underground, ideal room for a few nights. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy and good light blocking curtains. We are light sleepers but found it very quiet. Would definitely recommend and have saved to return if we are in London again.

Nothing really to complain about. The bathroom is small but acceptable. The shower could do with a fresh grout but that's being picky. Genuinely a lovely stay and we will be back.

Ideal location, small but clean room, room was cold but once the heater,which was provided,it soon warmed up. Staff very friendly. Very nice stay

Its very central, close to the London Underground, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it’s a good price for London and how central it is.

Our room has a very dangerous bathroom door. If you closed it from the inside you couldn’t open it because the handle is too close to the door frame to twist, even if trying to use a towel to open it. So we never dared close the bathroom door. Also, our room had a very loud noise coming from somewhere inside the hotel, either a plumbing sound or mechanical sound of some sort that went off every 30 seconds making it difficult to sleep. But, I’d still stay there again for the positive reasons!

The hotel's location was pleasant and family-friendly. Our room was small, but it wasn't a problem as we only stayed for two nights. There was a large Sainsbury's very close by. The room temperature was good. I think we couldn't open the window to air it out because the bed was against the wall. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The shampoo could have been better, and the sink was very small.
