Room was too hot and the heat would not go down

Red mold around the tap in the bath. Staff at the restaurant are very slow to serve despite there being more than enough of them for the service demand.

We were travelling with our 8 month old so we wanted somewhere central but not too busy. The small kitchen in the room was so handy. The room/hotel was very clean.Front desk staff were very nice. Can’t fault this hotel.

It was a good room and I liked that it had a kitchen. However, a few more luxury’s would be nice. It met expectations but for the price I expected a bit more. However, overall it was a good place to stay.

I didn’t like that the dishwasher had no clear instructions. I didn’t like that the place only had a small fridge. I didn’t like how the shampoo and body wash that was provided were not full when we got there.

The vibe of the place had potential. Lots of places to work remotely during the day. Pet friendly and had convenient parking.

I didn't like that we were in a dark basement room and the bathroom was a bit dire.

Our bathroom smelled of stale cigarettes and the windows in both the bathroom and bedroom had clearly been left open to try and air out the room before we arrived. It didn’t work and instead the room was freezing on arrival. (Middle of winter)

Probably one of the best places to stay when I’m visiting London. The Locke studios literally have everything you need, The customer service is brilliant honorable mention to John who was super helpful and Eirini!

Great room, big enough, with good amenities and storage. The location is also great, close to Earl's Court and High Kensington metro stations.

The shower didn't have enough pressure.

the heating, as we had our bedroom upstairs and lounge downstairs, the upstairs was very hot and the downstairs a little cold. we probably should of addressed this sooner during our stay, however with jet lag, exhausted after being out all day we didn't until our final night.

The decor was really nice. Bed was comfy and the facilities in our studio was great, like fridge, hob, dishwasher etc.

The decor felt like it was a plaster over an old building that hadn’t been properly refurbished. Style over substance. The bathroom was very basic in comparison to the room and the hand wash was empty. I would’ve been really disappointed if I’d of paid full price for the stay. There was no food suitable for allergies on the menu apart from the ‘all the greens’ salad which was £16 and was a bowl of iceberg lettuce and the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow.

I like that there’s a cafe and restaurant down stairs to grab a quick bite but they do not bring the food up to you.

The room felt dirty and it was FREEZING. The temperature outside was cold and the heater didn’t heat very well and had a weird smell. The bathroom was absolutely freezing with no heater in sight and the shower head was old and gross. The toilet barely flushed. The rooms were paper thin, I could hear everyone walking down the hallway and in their rooms. The refrigerator in the room was dirty inside.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks due to some unexpected issues with my home, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience.I absolutely loved the atmosphere here. The location is fantastic — having a restaurant and workspace downstairs made daily life incredibly convenient. Every day I could simply go down for coffee and get some work done, and whenever I felt tired, I could easily order food and relax.I’d especially like to thank the front desk team — John, Eirini, and Pal — who were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Since I stayed for quite a while, they got to know me, and whenever I needed help, they were always quick to assist and solve any issues.I will truly miss everything about this place. Even after I move out, I would love to come back and visit the restaurant again.Thank you for making my temporary stay feel so comfortable and memorable.

We loved the style of the lobby and rooms. The decor was warm and cosy and the room was well equipped with a small kitchen. The downstairs lobby area had a lovely bar and seating for breakfast or dinner. The location was great as it was close to shops and restaurants.

The rooms could have done with a refresh in places as they were starting to look a little worn but this did not negatively affect our stay. However, if we had paid more we may have found this a bit disappointing.

Everything. Superbly designed. Loved the vibe. Excellent staff and delicious breakfast. We couldn’t fault it. Great location.

Overall experience didn’t meet expectations compared to other similar hotels. Didn’t feel very personal and experienced a few issues such as the kitchen not being cleaned from the previous stay (food was left), technical issues with the tv,
