A few steps from Paddington station

Very small bathroom. Limited breakfast and very small space to have breakfast, only a few tables. but compared to the money I paid...it's ok

Location of the property was excellent.

We mentioned when booking this property that we would like a double room, upon arrival we were stuck on the 4th floor in a twin room, turns out upon complaining there are only 3 double rooms in the entire property the majority are twin rooms which makes the option of booking twin/double room seem like a bit of misrepresentation on behalf of the hotel. Though breakfast is provided, you must be up very early to be able to have it, and you could also be in the property over the road from the breakfast.Only really suitable in my opinion if you are travelling with a friend and you are a get up very early person for breakfast

Never again

No hot water , single beds rather than double,,Breakfast was poor and the dining room was crampt. Old lady behind desk was rude, Shower door kept jamming, Rooms are dated and small.

Location was perfect .

Stained white sheets in one of the beds. No teaspoons to stir hot drinks with. Toilet roll holder not screwed to wall properly. Room far to hot all the time. Radiator turned off, windows open and fan used. Black moulding the grouting of the shower. So many stairs!!! Breakfast on a Sunday 7-8.30. Far too early.

Great location, very close to Paddington Station. Being able to have breakfast at the hotel was very convenient as well.

The bathroom is tiny.

Room was as requested, away from traffic noise.Location was very good, a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station and the same for a good bus route.Breakfast was adequate and there was a reasonable choice.Staff were all very friendly and helpful.The whole hotel was spotless. The room, the public area, all beautifully clean

Perhaps a slightly more varied breakfast, perhaps mushrooms and beans with the full English.

Close to transport network and eating venues. Easy to find.

Great location, only 4 mins walk from Paddington station. Spotlessly clean. Nicely I'm guessing recently refurbished bathroom. Decent breakfast for the price.Felt really cosy.All you need for a relatively reasonable stay in Central London.

The sink in the bathroom was microscopic!No lift ..and my room was on the top floor, but given the constraints of the building, it would be impossible to have one.

The room had a strong unpleasant smell, including the bedding. The bed was very small and unstable, constantly moving. Cleanliness was poor overall, and the room felt uncomfortable and not well maintained. Considering the high price (£180 per night), the quality was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.

Tiny bathroom. Had to check in before 11pm, which was a bit restrictive

Great location to Paddington station, about a 3 minute walk. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, freshly cooked, bacon, eggs, beans, toast and pot of coffee, also cereals, fruit, juice and water. The dining room where you have breakfast has a nice ambiance. Room was clean. Fresh towels daily

The hotel has an excellent location and offers very easy access to the main areas of the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.

the breakfast finishes too early, which is not ideal for a relaxed or laid-back trip. Additionally, there is no elevator, and the hairdryer in the room was not working, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location was ideal for work.Kettle tripped the wall sockets and staff reacted immediately to investigate and reset the tripped fuse. Good friendly response.

Bathroom was a little tight and the sink was small so shaving was a challenge, but overall the facilities met my requirments.

Incredible value for money in this area. So, you don't expect 5 star quality. Nevertheless it was spotlessly clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast arrangement was weird: only a one-hour sitting, so there was a queue and a wait and we had to share a table.

Avoid

Room was so small. Very little noise as room was street facing with no sound insulation 20 minute queue for breakfast.
